Increase the hindered duration from 0.2 to 0.3 seconds. :)

Or just make the addon apply to more than just the initial infection?
0.2 seconds of Hindered isnt much, but having it only apply on the first hit just makes it really, really bad.

the addon is useless because the hindered in general is useless. hindered isnt going to do anything if they have a huge speed burst just from getting infected
