2 Boon rework ideas.
- They still function as normal, but whenever a totem has been cleansed, if you bless the broken totem, the boon's power is reduced by 50%. If the boon is snuffed, it's permanently gone.
- Boon's now need a prerequisite in order to be used. COH would be anyone being injured, Expo would be anyone being downed, ShadowS would be if anyone was in chase for longer than 15 seconds, and DT would be anyone falling from a great height.
For the 1st one, I think it's balanced, hell I'd even be okay with 75% reduction, but just as long as you could get a bit of use. And for the second one, I just don't like the fact that you can set up boons of-rip, and essentially create a safe space with COH and ShadowS.

Why? Every boon is either mediocre or downright bad now.

I agree, BUT: it feels unfair to use boons without you, or your team doing something. On Eyrie, Hawkings, RPD, you could have extremely strong totem spawns. And as a killer you have a bit of a safeguard with there being requirements for survivors to access their boons.

Wanting to nerf more boons is like wanting to nerf hexes still at this point. The perks are already extremely situational and/or niche on their own, don’t overkill them making them even less attractive than what they already are.
