Now, there's an event giving the jingle cane for the blight after purchasing an auric cell pack. So, if I buy the auric cell now and get the jingle cane, will I be able to get the auric cell charm from the refill after the event period?

no sadly it just gives you the cane but i think its still worth it

so if i buy the cells during the event, I will not have a first refill promotion to get the auric cell charm anymore right?
