Ultimate Weapon vs Scene Partner and Calm Spirit
Currently, the aforementioned perks screams are silenced by Calm Spirit, however, these two function differently despite the wording of the perk of Ultimate Weapon.
Survivors entering your Terror Radius scream and reveal their location to you.
- Those Survivors suffer from the Blindness Status Effect for 30 seconds.
It clearly says "Those" meaning only the survivors that scream. However, with Calm Spirit suppressing the scream, the Blindness status effect still gets through.
With Scene Partner however, suppressing the scream completely blocks Scene Partner from activating at all.
- Looking at the Killer causes you to scream, which reveals their Aura for 3/4/5 seconds.
This is a completely unfair mechanical advantage Ultimate Weapon has.

I double checked ingame, and the description wildly varies from the Wiki one you've included in your post. The wiki is often off when it comes to descriptions, would recommend checking it ingame to get the correct conditions and effects of the perk.
Ingame the description actually doesn't show it as a condition at all and simply states that survivors entering your terror radius scream, reveal their position and gain blindness.

DbD is notorious for inaccurate in-game descriptions, that's literally the reason the wiki modifies them, because its editors datamine the information directly from the game's code.

Sorry, OP, but you're misinterpreting the wiki's phrasing here. The "those" here refers to survivors entering the terror radius, it's independent of the second half of the phrase.
