Get rid of the 4% in ecg. (I might have posted this if so close this down)
I just lost a kill because of this . Deliverance and 4% should not be in ecg.

Again I'm sick and tired of loosing a kill to this especially Deliverance. If you emerse yourself you shouldn't be able to use Deliverance in ecg.

As a survivor main I agree the 4% mechanic is a pure joke. Especially if killer got a harsh game, got 6 Hook stages and one person on the Hook to secure one single kill, and because of pure RNG, killer got robbed and ends up with 0 k.
Very unfair mechanic, survivors have enough second chances perk !
However Deliverance is a perk designed for self unhook with a specific condition. I don't think it deserves a nerf. S tier perk but situational.
8 -
I do think Deliverance deserves to be an option, only because you have to unhook someone else prior, survive long enough to be hooked once at endgame, and be put in a position to have allies help you escape or be near an open gate for basekit BT to get you out.
The 4% though, I believe, is an old relic of DBD that may need to be looked at. It currently helps inflate killrates of certain killers and circumvents the DC penalty for survivors who just immediately give up and don't want to face a certain killer/perk/addon. I do like getting that lucky unhook at endgame as much as the next guy, but that doesn't balance out the prior argument I have against it in my eyes.
Maybe make Slippery Meat the only perk that allows you to attempt it, I dunno.

It happened again please get rid of it in ecg.

I'm sorry but this is absurd. Just like survivors aren't guaranteed to live, killers shouldn't get to have guaranteed kills either.
19 -
No I think the 4% is fine. U only get 3 tries so there's a risk attached already and it's very rare you even get to pull it off.
4 -
I mean yeah, but we also have survivors throwing matches because of several reasons using this mechanic. Even if they get the 4%, they usually wait at the hook for the killer to finish them. It's not so much being able to live with it, it's more the problem survivors circumvent the DC penalty with it.
2 -
I think it's good that the 4% exists, although sometimes it's very disappointing because playing alone as a survivor in a game with a camping and tunneling killer never works, and when you're the killer who barely got hangs for the Endgame, the only hooked survivor What you have liberates itself without Liberation. It would be nice if as a survivor, if more than 2 engines were not repaired, and if there is a dead companion, and another dying, the probabilities of disengaging alone would increase (conditions more, conditions less). And as a murderer, it would be nice if all self-unhooking attempts were deactivated in Endgame, and the other teammates were the ones who had to risk saving.

Why they just need to get rid of the DC penalty, anyways. I'd rather have a bot than someone killing themselves plus I'm pretty sure the penalty probably adds to longer que times, too.
0 -
Because tons of matches wouldn't get played. Especially with killer survivors dislike.
Think of it this way, most survivors will end up leaving early for going down fast/killer they dislike/have the wrong perks on/teammates didn't do what they wanted/list goes on. Sure killers get bots, but this is an online game and believe it or not killers want to try and outplay another thinking person in a video game and not endlessly loop an aimbot that sees you through walls.
And on the other hand, killers could end a match at any time with no penalty. Don't like how the match is going? Deny survivors any more BP and any of their challenges.
0 -
I think they should give us killer bots for that, too. I'd rather people not be held prisoner by a match. I know there are ppl who suicide first hook, but that doesn't happen too often. Now if killer decides to hard tunnel beginning of match they deserve the robots.
0 -
That's not the point though?
Why bother playing if most of the players get swapped with a bot all the time? You play online multiplayer to play with others. If everyone ends up DCing for free against bots, why bother grinding BP and just play customs with all bots and have every perk unlocked?
0 -
Isn't it better to play the game against bots than playing against survivors killing themselves on hook or just staying still or ignoring you?
0 -
I mean. As they say. You haven't won until they are dead or escaped.
Probably be a thing to stop endurance in the egc so on the case it doesn't end in a free escape.
But as others have clowned for more talking about the egc. I feel ya.

Again it screwed me over a kill. They need to remove the 4% and Deliverance in ecg. Was 4% this time.
0 -
Deliverance is its own monster that is only held back by solo queue. 4% needed to go a long time ago and luck perks/offerings can finally become useful.
1 -
Because Deliverance is super situational, and useless if you get hooked twice, its strength is warranted.
1 -
I understand Deliverance being an issue and should be disabled after the gates are powered.
as for the 4%? I think it's fine in my opinion since it create hype. My recommendation is try to hook them far away from each gates, which should give you enough time to clap someone. However, this may or may not work depend on how good the team is.

This was a 4% again i lost my only kill. Get rid of it and Deliverance in ecg. With the mmr putting a lot of us in matches way out of our league this shouldn't screw us over. The immersive players shouldn't get away with Deliverance in ecg and 4% should be removed in ecg.
0 -
4% screwed me over again. The survivors need to work for saves in ecg. Get rid of thev4% and Deliverance.
0 -
no it's a terrible idea. survivors are not guaranted to escape so killers shouldn't have a guaranted kill.
2 -
This. Plus 4% is rare. Hard to pull off. If you get a 4% you earned it.
4 -
I like the put it in with Slippery Meat. This could also be a way to limit if a survivor can easily give up on stage one hook as well. It also could be used to boost the use or reason to use slippery. They would have to rework the luck offerings after this tho.

I never thought I'd see the day that people are genuinely complaining about the 4% mechanic....
Running out of things to complain about I guess?
6 -
Never, no one likes to play against bots.. I play multiplayer games to play with other people.
0 -
Again the 4% screwed me over. Remove that and Deliverance from the ecg. Oh Wicked shouldn't work in ecg either.
0 -
Again 4% screwed me over a kill. Get rid of the 4%, Deliverance and Wicked in ecg.
0 -
Yes but survivors dont get screwed over and get killed because a random number said so, survivors die because the killer did better and worked for the kills, regardless if its tunneling, slugging etc, or they were just merely outmatched, comparing a random chance to lose kills over just losing because the killer did their job better is a bit of an unfair match to make.
0 -
Deliverance in EGC is fine imo. If they managed to not be downed the entire match and get an unhook, I think they deserve to be able to use their perk.
5 -
No, that's your bias talking. You want to talk about a very small chance that rarely ever happens being unfair, but want to consider dirty, unfair tactics from killers to be fair and something killers "worked" for?
And you realize even if there's one Gen left but only 2 survivors the match is completely killer sided at that point, right? Random or not that major shift in power is screws over survivors who worked hard too.
There are things that could completely tip the scales in favor of either side.
2 -
Dirty tactics are still tactics and still require more than being in a hook and holding a button, they should have to work for the ability to 4% if that's what you're saying but anyone can do it with no prior work.
0 -
You're talking egc though, right? And if that survivor managed to not be hooked etc then they worked for that 4% harder than a killer using cheap tactics for easy, lazy 4k.
0 -
Removing Deliverance in EGC should probably also result in removing the requirement to unhook someone and just have it avaliable automatically.
But that then makes it clearly superior to Wicked.
0 -
Thank you. It's a ridiculous thing to complain about especially with all the egc perks killers have. They just want survivors nerfed to oblivion so they always win, easy. And it's not good for game health.
3 -
Again I get screwed over in ecg because of the 4%. 4% Deleverance and Wicked should no longer work in ecg
1 -
We recommend spreading out hooks
0 -
What are you doing that's making it so easy for Survivors to escape after their 4% in egc? Are you hooking them too close to the gate?
0 -
Again I lost potentially my only kill to the 4% in ecg. Get rid of it already in ecg as well as Deliverance and Wicked. Survivors need to work for the escape.
0 -
Again the 4 percent screwed me over my only kill. I stand by what I said or better yet remove endurance in ecg from the 4 percent. That is what screws me over.
0 -
Or how about learning from the mistake that you seem to keep making over and over again?
3 -
outta curiosity, you just gonna keep announcing each time you screw yourself over?
3 -
I'm going to say this again gut these perks in ecg I lost a kill because she had the damn Deliverance in ecg. If you get rid of face camping it is bloody time to get rid of these perks in ecg as well as bloody 4%. I'm bloody hell over this utter BS.
