    Absolutely not. Each and every time they have to turn off the penalties evil things happen. Every time. Giving three freebies per day would be a terrible idea.

    Players on both sides when given the opportunity will DC so quickly, for the tiniest things. Killer gets an unfavorable map, yeet. First surv found & downed, yeet. Flashy surv runs into Lightborn, yeet. Killer gets boiled over, yeet. Killer gets head-oned, yeet. Surv gets a killer they dislike, yeet.

    Basically either side finding out something that annoys them, yeet. Games quickly become miserable all around, and then degrade until unplayable. And it goes on like this until the penalties are restored. So no way fam bad idea.
