I'm Tired of the Game Hiding Information About Your Power

Pig: Not able to see boxes, so you cannot patrol them.

Plague: Can't see infection progress, so you can't chase someone who might be more beneficial since they're closer to full infection.

Pinhead: Can't see how close to chain hunt, which could affect the chases you pick.

Onryo: Can't see how many stacks survivors have.

Wesker: Same as Plague.

I don't understand why devs make complex working powers but then hide all information about them to the Killer. This information could change the way you play the game with them. Even a simple hook counter is too cheaty to be added, when we all know it wouldn't increase Tunnelling a single bit.

I would like to play as a Killer and have control over how I use my power, this includes knowing what is going on during the match and what are survivors doing and how they're interacting with my power. This is especially annoying on Killers like Onryo, Plague and Wesker.

As I see it, and how I think it's supposed to be, is so you can't hard focus on survivors trying to deal with your power. Sometimes that's warranted, sometimes not.

Pig, I'm honestly kind of fine with box auras not being revealed to her, but Onryo definitely needs to have her counterplay weakened to compensate. I could swear that Pinhead can see Chain Hunt, but that's one I think is fine for him to know because it's global. Dredge can see Nightfall progress.

I think having some aspects of your power be unknown is understandable if they have a good reason to be. Some though, don't have good reason, and those are the ones that bother me.

It's mostly there to give survivors a feeling that they can counter killer's progress, just like killer can counter theirs by denying gen repairing and hooking them.

It makes sense for some killers, like Unknown, not to be able to see Weakened progress from survivors because otherwise, they'd be able to tell if a survivor is staring at them.

But killers like Plague, Onryo, or Pig have these handicaps with no good reason other than "they might tunnel". Killers already tunnel anyway, so it only reduces the versatility of their kits. Killers with these handicaps also happen to be B or C tier too.

For Plague I feel like it's less of an issue, since infection progresses automatically, you can see when they become fully infected, and you can hear when they cleanse. For Pig and Onryo though, I have to agree, mostly because those two are pretty weak. Onryo's counterplay is far too easy to pull off, and Pig only has limited traps that more often than not only do a little bit of slowdown (which I massively disagree with being their intended purpose, they should still get kills) Coincidentally, those both were affected quite heavily by nerfs outside of info, so that's probably why they suffer more.
