SUGGESTION - A New Perk For Killers! Hex: Sprained Ankles (jumping down from high levels!)

After seeing so many Survivors (even wounded ones!) jump down from very high locations but they always run off unharmed, made me come with this idea a few years ago. (But only now I'm putting it on the Forum!)

A New Hex Perk (Name: "Sprained Ankles"??) for all killers: What this perk does is hit survivors with a wounded state whenever they jump down or vault out of a window from a height that isn't level to the ground or the floor upon which they are currently on. If they are already wounded and dare to jump down to a lower level, they become incapicated, and they are now in dying state! This Hex have no effect on Nea's Balanced Landing. In other words: Only Balanced Landing saves the Survivor from this Hex! Or, the survivors will have to avoid jumping down from higher levels AND find and cleanse this Hex!

And maybe after the survivor jumps down and gets wounded, this Survivor can not be healed for 30/45/60 seconds...perhaps? (<-Doesn't count for Dying State!)

Is this a good idea? Should it be a "normal" perk, instead of a Hex that can be cleansed? Should Balanced Landing be affected as well?

Y'know, initially I thought that was a terrible idea.... but when I actually think about it... dropping from height is usually a death sentence anyway, as unless you have BL, you are probably going to eat a hit 90% of the time unless you drop SUPER early... there are few places you can realistically drop from and expect to reasonably get away with it without BL.

With this hex in play, it's a guaranteed wound, but the survivor gets a speed boost off the injury to make some distance, but won't make as much distance as they would from eating a hit after the drop...

It actually feels niche enough to warrant consideration. Balanced Landing being affected too is probably fine, because you'll recover faster from teh drop, and get both +50% from BL and +65% from the post hit boost as well... so BL would actually get mad distance off this... It's a more interesting idea than I initially thought.

Although i think the name needs work... Sprained Ankles as a perk sounds pretty funny...

"I Hex you! WIth sprained ankles!"

One shudders to imagine the cruel, insidious, depravity that lies behind such eyes... xD

Well, the game has some (dark) humor..so hence the name of this Hex!

Many Hex perks are weak, this one should be weakier.
Basically, with this perk, you can down someone from high level (1hit from the killer above and 1 hit at landing) ?
And should this effect apply to stun the killer fallling from a high ground as well ?
Weird idea and very situational because this hex doesn't work on every maps… as many (many) killers are still complaining from the hex spawns at the start of the game and with this low help to the killer… I'm very doubtful about his utility…

    I'd say it's creative.

    • Fall while healthy → Injury

    • Fall while injured → Dying state

    I like it.

No. I don't think the Killer should be disadvantaged by his/her own perk! It hurts only Survivors!
