Should Trail Of Torment be reworked/heavily changed?

As we all know, with the addition of The Unknown we received his one perk called "Unforseen" which, ultimately, trumps Trail Of Torment(TOT) entirely with every aspect of it besides from duration.

  • Unforseen doesn't alert the survivors to it being active unlike TOT which does by revealing the aura of the gen it is applied to for the survivors.
  • Unforseen can't be removed by the survivors whereas TOT can be removed by the survivors if they complete 5% progress on the effected gen.
  • Unforseen not only gives the killer the Undetectable status effect, but it also manipulates their terror radius by placing it onto the effected gen for the entire duration which is an extra effect that TOT doesn't even do.
  • Unforseen has a set duration of 30 seconds which means that it won't matter if a gen stops regressing or not whereas if you tried to kick a gen that had hardly any progress on it while using TOT you'll more than likely just waste your perk by getting no value from it and get stuck in that 80 second cool down. The only thing that TOT beats Unforseen at in this point/category is that, due to it not having a set duration, it could last longer with its duration than Unforseen will as long as the survivors don't remove it. So Unforseen both wins and loses at this part.

After showing you all of those points you can see that Unforseen essentially just makes TOT irrelevant and not worth while running it. The part that tops this all off is the fact that The Unknown is a base-game killer that you don't have to spend actual money to get meaning that just anyone can get Unforseen whereas The Executioner is a liscenced killer meaning you physically have to spend money on him to unlock him and his perks. However though, TOT was his ONLY actually decent perk so with it just being made irrelevant now then what is the actual purpose of people purchasing him now? He's been needing some buffs for a bit of time now with making tormenting survivors a bit easier, he's hardly played due to how bad all of his add-ons are, and now all of his perks are essentially pointless.

(Sorry for the semi-little rant I made at the end, but it was just to express my concerns a bit.)
