Twins rework doesn't address their slugging issue

Although this rework is great for them, as it seems, I feel like it fails to address the Twins slugging issue. Yes, now you can't go for huge downing sprees with Victor since he latches onto downed survivors, but that merely makes it awkward to slug with them. I think that the devs needed to know why most Twins players slugged most of the time.

It happened mainly because going around the map as Victor is simply much more efficient than going around with Charlotte. He is better at injuring and downing survivors and is a much faster choice. Therefore, most of your game as Twins would be spend going around as Victor so when you downed a survivor that is far away from Charlotte, it was simply not worth it walk to them, pick them up and put them on a hook as it would waste too much time.

I feel like a way to mitigate is by giving Charlotte a speed boost once Victor downs a survivor or simply teleport her to him.
