Twins rework doesn't address their slugging issue
Although this rework is great for them, as it seems, I feel like it fails to address the Twins slugging issue. Yes, now you can't go for huge downing sprees with Victor since he latches onto downed survivors, but that merely makes it awkward to slug with them. I think that the devs needed to know why most Twins players slugged most of the time.
It happened mainly because going around the map as Victor is simply much more efficient than going around with Charlotte. He is better at injuring and downing survivors and is a much faster choice. Therefore, most of your game as Twins would be spend going around as Victor so when you downed a survivor that is far away from Charlotte, it was simply not worth it walk to them, pick them up and put them on a hook as it would waste too much time.
I feel like a way to mitigate is by giving Charlotte a speed boost once Victor downs a survivor or simply teleport her to him.

Did you read the dev update properly?

I dont have anything to add to this honestly, I think this is the shortest and most concise way to respond to this post.

Oh well, nevermind then. For some reason I just read the locker part. Still, I want to test this to feel how it plays.

Im mostly upset that they lost a big part of the pressure in latching onto healthly suyrvvirors, preventing them from doing anything and gaining the info.
Now, Victor is just a generic chase tool who can injure.

Yes. I read the dev update properly. By the time Victor hits a survivor twice, that survivor might have gotten so much distance that a 10% haste buff isn’t going to compensate for the extra distance.

I wasn't talking to you? I was responding to the OP.

This is a public forum, not a private conversation.
You implied the speed boost is proper compensation, and I’m saying it’s not, because of the extra distance survivors can make since they might be getting hit twice by Victor.

OP was arguing that Twins had nothing, and proposed that they should add a Haste effect, even though the Developer Update mentioned Haste being added; OP even mentions misreading the Developer Update, which just happens sometimes, people make mistakes like that fairly often, including myself.
Also Reverse never mentioned it being "proper compensation," they were just saying that the Developer Update included Haste like OP was wanting. Their entire statement was direct towards OP, not towards you or anyone else.

I was worried they missed Victor being kicked after a successful hit to wound a survivor... but they got it... I like this change. Having another killer focus on keeping survivors injured, but requiring more skill than Legion or Plague to do is interesting indeed.

They'll be stronger but everything I liked about playing them is gone now.

What did you like that's gone now? It's not really great feedback if you're not specific.

slugging

I think it will depend on the map to be honest. Maybe it will be enough for maps like The Game, but if we are talking about something like Shattered Square it may not be enough. We will need to see in action though.
