Question About Dead Hard and Exhaustion
Exhaustion perks all say that they cannot be activated whilst exhausted, but Dead Hard only says that it causes exhaustion and does not state that it cannot be activated whilst exhausted.

So in theory, I should be able to use an exhaustion perk and then Dead Hard, right? As when I've tried, it hasn't worked. So is the perk description wrong or is it bugged?
Also, Bite the Bullet is still bugged. I hope that gets fixed soon. Healing in a bush mid chase with this perk is really funny.

About original question, I think they skipped explanation because usually the perks that causes exhaustion cannot be used when you are in exhaustion.

Why does the description not include "cannot be used while exhausted", like all the other ones? I thought they changed it to be more versatile after they nerfed it the last time. Is it just a descriptive error?
