Killers should get a rating?
Here's my idea. Each killer should get a rating/be rated on how fun they are to play against. That way you know before a match even starts whether or not you want to bother to play the game. If a killer has a 15% rating your probably not going to want to play the game with them. This will help two things. 1, make the game more fun and 2 either force these tunneling/camping/tunneling and camping toxic killers to either change the way they play the game, or force them into long match making times.
Something needs to be done or more people will stop playing. It's getting incredibly bad with cheaters using wall hacks as well as having to deal with these toxic tunneling killers.

Yay, even more lobby dodging. What could go wrong.
It would definetly not be used for reporting just because players lost the game.

Great. Now we get to see even more lobby dodging and people that rank you as terrible to play against because they couldn't bully you, or you simply won. This is basically saying: "You either play the exact way I want you to, not that you know which way that is, or else…"
Do you honestly believe, that giving salty survivors a tool to get back at the killer is a good idea?

DBD Social Credit, what could possibly go wrong?

This is not the way to go about this. If anything, angry people who lost would rate badly, and trolls who are griefing would also just downvote for no reason.
