Carpenter perks

There should be carpenter perks. Things like pallet rebuilding, wall breaking/repairs.

I think that the pallet one should at least be an exhaustion perk, and that they would need careful balancing to not be obnoxious. Maybe make them only rebuild one or two times so no infinite shack

If they are done right they could reward careful map knowledge and add a new dimension to surviving because you could plan out routes to run, and coordinate your builder to build so your looper can loop along that route.

    All they'd be used for is to remake god pallets. If each player can only do it once or twice that's 4/8 extra God pallets on the map which is crippling for low tier killers. If they can only be built up once or twice total then you've got a dead perk for solo players who bring it along with someone else. It doesn't work.

    maybe they make invocation perk that respawns all pallets or re-builds pallets passively.

    Not every perk is good for soloQ. Sometimes having coordination is good, and many of those coordination issues should be fixed with other measures like the pregame showing perks.

    Not every perk is good for solo, but that doesn't mean it has to be almost exclusively for swf. Every perk that's not good for solo at least has some utility when playing alone. This one just doesn't work.

    Yeah... god pallets are only balanced because they work once.

    I think there would have to be heavy limitations and investment to make this fair. Something like:

    • Gain a token when unhooked/unhooking
    • Only x tokens max per game. (2? 3?)
    • Takes 30 seconds to rebuild.
