Please roll back this update, it's a mess.
Serious the rubberbanding, the weird vaulting, de-syncs, and general jank is a huge problem. Idk how this update went live because it feels like I'm playing an Alpha with how janky it is.

That was to be expected with the update from UE4 to UE5. The last time they updated the engine it was also very buggy

It does look a lot to do with the engine upgrade, I don't know any game which is Live and has made the switch to not have problems. I can assure you that the team is doing everything they can to try to resolve the issues as quickly as possible, it's definitely not a pleasant situation for anyone, and one we'd rather not have.
We appreciate players patience whilst we work to resolve all this <3

Honestly it was only a bit patchy the first day. After 24 hours it was smooth sailing for me. 🤷🏼♂️🥰
I think it was handled very well. Most games I’ve seen make switches like this take weeks before it smooths out. You guys did it 24 hours.

All things considered, it could be a lot worse.

not for 99% of the other people. unplayable

I wouldn’t say 99%……I don’t think I was an exception….

well, I for one somtimes rubberband half a tile back - sometimes see other survs basically janky-teleport via Bond… and it's the same for literally everyone I know. I would say you're an outlier. Not saying you're the only exception - just like your experience doesn't reflect what the overwhelming majority of people experience.
- May I ask which server you're on? My it got sth to do with that too

That’s fair - I am on the east coast United States. It seems to be stable over here for my friends and I.
Maybe 🤔 it’s we got lucky? I am not sure.

The engine update also dropped support for older CPUs and Graphics Cards. I have seen especially LatAm players, like myself, were affected. I cannot even start the game anymore. Is there anything I can do to help my processor run the game?

Three days later, I still cannot play the game. I've been successful in getting into the menus, but the second I try to matchmake, regardless of if it's customs or public matches, my computer stalls and the game crashes. I've gotten into one game though, which was so laggy it was unplayable.
I've noticed that the memory usage is abnormally large, which leads me to believe there could be a memory leak of some type. Either way, until the devs get around to fixing it (which will probably take another few days) I have to set the game down because it simply does not work. I know engine changes are difficult, but this one should have been left to cook a little longer.

Why didn't they fix the fast gen glitches with portal energy in this bug ridden patch? When you say you are keeping an eye on it, are you really just looking at it?
If it was just a fatal bug in killer or its perk, I can still live with it because I can just avoid using them and play killer (meditate on the slow matching). However, if a fatal survivor-related bug occurs, I will hesitate to start the game because of the risk of my teammates exploiting it and becoming accomplices when I play as a survivor.
I have not activated the game for almost a month now because I do not want to be an accomplice to the portal energy glitches. Why is it that such a fatal survivor bug has been left unattended for such a long period of time? (And while we're at it, what about the fact that Ada's voice is so muffled that there is no advantage to using any other survivor but hers?)

Sadly from the sheer volume of people I watch on stream for DBD - I'd say it's majority. Almost everyone I know is having some sort of issue with rubber banding. Even console players.
BHVR know there's an issue, but have yet to address it, days later. It's upsetting.
