Had bloodpoints, iri 1 on killer and survivor, bloodpoint reward capped at 2M
Had bloodpoints, iri 1 on killer and survivor, bloodpoint reward capped at 2 million bloodpoints. In the past, the bloodpoint rewards on the 13th of the month was additive on top of your previously stored bloodpoints. I only had a few hundred thousand on my account but my reward was eaten into by my stock of BP and I feel like that's unfair.

Rank reset just happend 5min ago and gave me 2mill bps for being iri 1 on both sides, but it didnt go above the 2mill BP cap, like it always does, so i just lost the 800k bps i allready had0 -

Description: Loaded up DbD two minutes ago and got the pop-up that the season had ended and Grades were being reset. I didn't pay attention to exactly how much BPs I was supposed to get. I think it was around 400,000 for my killer Grade — can't remember what my survivor one was though.
I go look at my BPs and I have 2 million — the cap. Out of habit, I only ever spend my bloodpoints to around 1.8 million, so I should have at least 2.2 million from the Grade reset points. But it seems like they haven't applied properly.

I was playing DBD today (13th of the month). When the rank reset happened I was curently in a game and after it finished I instantly got my 2 million BB for the reset but it got caped at 2 million for some reason and i lost over 1.4mil BB like that. I don't think that this problem needs further explenation since most ppl here probably know that the rank reset BBs usually go over the max cap of 2mil BBs.

Same; noticed it at 11:15 AM. I had roughly 1,600,000 bps (because I'm forever hovering near the cap), hit Iri 1 killer and I think gold 2 for survivor, and I'm sitting pretty at my 2 mil cap.
I know it's not a huge deal for me since I have everyone at P3 and all, but it'll be a huge deal to a lot of other people I'm sure…

Just now when the rank reset happened, I already had a bit over a million bloodpoints. I was Iri 1 on both killer and survivor so I got my two 1 million bloodpoint rewards, but my bloodpoints only went up to 2 025 000. I thought that rank reset bloodpoints were able to exceed the cap? Same here. Had 1.4 million bp before the reset with iri 1 on killer and survivor. When logging in, it said I would get 2 million for the reset, but it only went up to 2 005 000 bloodpoints.

Same thing just happened to me.
My Bloodpoints went up to exactly 2 million, even though I already had 600.000. But I should have gotten 1.7 million.🙁

same. had 1.6 this morning. booted the game up and hour ago, saw my 1.375 mil for getting iri 1 survivor and silvr 1 killer. capped out at 2 mil so i got less than 300k

Yep. Sounds like I'm not the only one. Maybe a 1M bloodpoint gift will come for everyone as compensation.

I was iri I on both sides so expected my current bp + 2m, however I instead only received 2m and lost everything else that I had.

Yeah, I was iri 1 on both sides and at cap last night and still sitting a 2 million today. :/
Hope they fix it cause I want to pour them all into Wesker. :(

Same here on PC. Iri 1 on both sides, ended last night at cap so I'd have 4 million to spend and I still just have 2 million. :/

for the reset we always did. would go up over 3 million. for basic gameplay it doesnt go past 2 mil

Same here. I have always around 1.5 millions bp when i disconnect. I was Iri I on Survivor and Killer but I have only 2 millions bp. I should have 3.5 millions bp. First time it happens for me.

I had 1.7 mil yesterday.
Rank Reset happens and I'm only at the cap….should have been at 2.9mil with the reset reward.

I reached Iridiscent 1 on both roles and had alredy capped at 2million and 25k. I did cap to 2 million before and got 4 million BP before after rank reset, but now i got only 30k. I want my full 2 million 🤬🤬🤬

Same here. I had about 1.4m last night and was supposed to get an additional 1.6m this morning. Hard capped at 2m instead. Definitely want the rest of my bloodpoints. Any help with this would be great

Similar situation this morning when logged into game. I think i had around 1.8mi bloodpoints before the reset. When awarded with 1 million from both killer and survivor my blood points were capped at 2,025,000. I'm also on PC if that information helps.

i realised i was at gold I 4 pips last night and stayed up until 8am grinding it out and finally reached iri I on both survivor and killer, but unfortunately got none of the rewards ;-; worst part is i had to get up at 11am to do college work so i only ended up getting 2hrs sleep for nothing ; - ; pls fix

Same problem.
I can confirm this bug.
I had something like 1.5MBP before the grade reset, was supposed to have 1.5 + 2 = 3.5MBP after the grade reset, but it is capped to 2MBP.
It is the first time that it happens since I play DBD and it is a big loss of BP.
Can you fix that please?

I did the same, but i was capped ad 2 million and 25k for some reason. And now i have 2million and 65k. 1 match worth of bloodpoints for iridisctent 1 on both sides lmao.

The same thing happened to me. Although I only had a little over a million bloodpoints originally, I still lost some of the rank reset rewards due to it capping at 2 million.

yeah same here, yesterday i had 1,7 Million BP i go off, i am on iri1 surv and killer. Today i go online after the rank reset i it says 2,0 Million capped. So i lost 1,7 Million BP from reset.

I had the same experience. I was at around 1.9 million points prior to reset. Was iri 1 on April 17th… Bloodpoints showed 1,000,000 in the reset screen and I was capped at 2,000,000 when I entered the game.

oh if they dont then im not playing anymore. If my time spent is not rewarded and i grinded for NOTHING then its time to search some other game.
