The lack of recent 110% speed killers
Honestly I wish BHVR made more 110% speed killers (obviously with a power strong enough to justify their decreased speed) cause since Deathslinger they've released 17 killers from which only 2 of them were 110% at release (Trickster and Chucky) and since then they've increased Trickster's speed to 115% speed so now Chucky's the only killer from the last 17 released that's 110% speed (and I believe he's only 110% cause of his very small size which allows him to loop tighter than the other 110% killers and not cause of the strength of his power, otherwise he'd probably be another 115% killer).
I just really like the challenge 110% speed killers bring where you're at a disadvantage by playing them as a M1 killer so you're forced to master their power in order to play them efficiently but once you do you become a force to be reckoned with, Huntress and Spirit are some of my favorite killers to play as for this very reason.

Thatd probably be the most boring buff they could give him. Would it help? Sure, but its not like this would elevate him to even B tier.
Id make Makeshift Wrap basekit and add some sort of risk to disarming his traps

Idk 120 could make trapper really good in chase. Boring yes I'd agree on that.
As for an actual good buff
Added skillchecks when disarming a trap failing a skill check will get your arm stuck in a trap when failing a disarming action you take 25%longer to get out of traps. And slows all action speed by 5%for 25s
Added when stepping in a bear trap and escaping you gain a 10%hindered effect for 15s and hemorrhage effect for 20s
This would make trapper have good syngery with unnerving presence

Well we did managed to get the recent chucky 110 killer which is honestly needed based on his dashing power. But yea. I wish they did make more killers like that. And even give them add ons like Hag where it increases their base speed but sacrifices something.

Well I've seen a lot of people call Huntress one of the most balanced killers in the game so I don't think it's impossible to find a fine balance for 110% killers as well.

110% Killers are less fun to play for me honestly. So I am glad they aren't here.

Maybe the 110% concept just isnt working anymore and killers now need 115% plus a "strong ability that normally was reserved for 110% killers in the past."
And if people tell me that 110% isnt that much of a difference, then why dont we give them 115% if it's irrelevant?

as a trapper main. NO.
he does not need it, I don't want it.
just give him a bunch of grass everywhere on the map when he is the killer. and a thor like pull on his traps so he doesn't need to travel all the way to them all the time.
and he'll be perfectly fine. (would still like the traps to be time based instead of rng based but I can deal)

it's certainly doable. just harder.
killer is slower, so the power needs to be better to compensate.
bhvr is used to making 115 killers, so deviating from it is always a bit harder.

With gen slowdown taking a hit nearly every updates since 7.5.0 (alongside good perks that the top-tiers didn't use as much as the weaker Killers), Killers without mobility (or enough lethality to compensate) simply can't keep up against decent teams without resorting to more...unsavory tactics.
Every 110% (or slower) Killers have something to compensate, whether it be range, insane camping ability/area-denial (Hag) or exceptional lethality.
A Killer like Huntress, which is already able to get hits and downs seconds into a match or from any range in the right hands, would be insane if she was 115%.
