Now for me to use Lithe, Made for This or Dead Hard I have to run Calm Spirit.

Languish Touch. If you so much as scare a Crow in chase your Lithe or Dead Hard is unusable.

Doesn't that immediately proc when you scare a nearby crow have a cd?

Ah I remember, completely forgot this perk haha. Well 10 seconds shouldn't be to bad to walk away, you should be able to get that while watching what the killer does at a loop (waiting at checkspots as excampel) ^^

You can use SB, or find a spot where you can use Lithe at the beginning of your chase.

The duration of Exhausted is 10s. The cooldown is 20s.
The Exhaustion timer might be too long, but I'm honestly not sure. I think it's too early to say and I haven't been seeing it all that much outside of adepts.

I really don't think that perk is worth it unless you run Spies from the Shadows.
Issue is without Spies from the Shadows you can't even tell who got exhausted.1 -
I mean you can just let it do its thing and it'll work. It's quite passive, as you're pretty much guaranteed to run into a crow mid-chase.
It also functions as a kind of mini-whispers, as you have to be within 36m of a Survivor for it to activate.

yes you can. the cooldown says so. the issue with the perk is that someone maps have crows EVERYWHERE and some maps have like no crows at all. Make every map have 1 crow on every hook to improve consistency then this perk might be useful for like Nurse and Chucky disabling dead hard.

This is probably the first exhaustion perk to actually be worth running over generic slowdown and people are upset. You either need to use your exhaustion early or walk more mid chase which you should be doing anyways.

Calm Spirit is a stable in my build at the moment for this exact reason.

Cooldown says someone is exhausted, but you don't know location and if there is multiple survivors, you don't know who was it.
Location of crows is kinda cooldown itself...
