Billy is one of the most fun killers in the game and basically everyone loves him, I don't see an issue here.

I do too, but I am not going to pretend that she is not the strongest killer in the game... And that her counterplay does not work as you described... Line of sight breaking works, running back at her does nothing. Unless she is new and has no clue what she is doing ^^

I guess then you haven't figured out the counterplay yet, because he is one of the killers with the most depth when it comes to counterplay.

Sounds like skill issue.
No instadown killer is without either big requirement, or counterplay.
It simply relies in skill of survivors to take advantage of that. Sounds more interesting to me than every killer just using M1.
If you gutted their power so shamelessly, then you would also need to buff them / remove counterplay.
I highly doubt that would be more fun for anyone.

Scenario 1 you run towards her she blinks past you
Scenario 2 you run at her she tries to blink close by looking down you run away (she might even tp down if it's a 2 story map)

Those things can happen sure... but have you ever tried to do these things? How many times do you succeed? How many times on average do you see these killers pulling it off when facing them... cause whether I'm playing as or against, I very rarely see these things.
I have played all these killers for a reasonable amount of time, they're all in my top 10 favourite killers, and I've got enough knowledge to understand how big my skill gulf is on them compared to someone who is truly talented on the killer.
The only way you can claim these things are overpowered and skillless is if you could easily do them consistently... you simply cannot... and I dare you to try. These scenarios you're describing are more realistically a high skill killer capitalising on a very bad set of survivor mistakes...
Especially the Infinite Tier 3 Myers. That is absolutely a survivor skill issue.

I don't and will never understand why people are so against atleast trying out change yes it removes old counterplay but it would make room for new counterplay and new more exciting powers.

Realistic scenario, she flicks her blink so you don't know beforehand where her blink will go and hits you because she is not terrible at the killer.
Realistic scenario for a two story map, she looks up to cut her blink shorter in that case and then hits you on the 2nd blink...
I'm sorry to break it to you, but if this stuff works against the nurses you play against then you never faced a good nurse...

If it ain't broke don't fix it... Majority of players like Billy and Bubba, so why would they need to be changed? You want a new killer power that works different? Play another killer or present a killer idea, maybe bhvr likes it.

Then your mmr doesn't seem to be on the cap yet.
I'm playing a lot against people with 2-5k hours sometimes even 9k at the moment and it's getting pretty awful how efficient they are on gens, the fact that it's more rarely to get a quick chase like this doesn't make it any better.

You see a triple loop Hillbilly who lands consistent hits every game... his turn rate it awful... just frigging juke him, it's not hard...
You see a Bubba score a multidown on 2 or more survivors every game.... don't stand in a dead zone togther... just split up.
You see a Myers effortlessly full stalk 3 survivors to build perma EW3 with tombstone before survivors can repair gens and escape... this is just daft, because this strategy is not strong as all, and I really have to ask what the hell you and your team are doing if you give a Myers staring at you for this long enough time to get to t3.... Even if he gets to tier 3, you deny his power by just jumping in a locker…
I'm afraid I'm gonna have to say, if you're claiming to be falling to these things every game man... either your massively overexaggerating to try and save face, or it's just a collosal skill issue... probably both.

Oh Mobile, now it's a entirely different topic.
Survivors on mobile are a lot worse for the most part, I was able to go from rank 20 to 1 with I think 4 loses. That being said I played it last where blight came out on mobile xD
For mobile it could be right that they are to strong, but that's on the people, not on the killers.

99ing a stalk as Ghostface and managing it without being seen to instant down takes skill since you can lose your cover, so you need to be good at stealth play and timing period.
Managing to properly use Frenzy as Legion to get a five chain and instant down takes skill, it is very rare against good Survivors to even properly make it happen.
Managing your stalk as Myers does in fact take skill, you can lose access to this if you stalk too much and you miss out on tons of pressure if you don't time it right to help in chase.
Steering Bubba and Billy and Oni in speed takes skill because one wrong move takes you out of it.
Instant down Killers DEFINITELY take skill to use and saying they don't, is like saying that knowing how and when to use certain items to help your team as Survivor doesn't take skill. It does, teamwork's a skill.

Honestly The legion I don't even think of as an insta down killer I think that's the only one that really does, ghostface at first yes but being marked lasts way too long it's should be like 15 seconds or something close to hubris. And the myers part yes if most people actually managed stalk and didn't just use iridescent tuft of hair and a stalk increase. Oni yes bc you have to actually get hits in the first place. Billy and Bubba most certainly not.

You did not just say a 60 second Exposed is too long.
Why is it okay for Weaving Spiders to take 60 seconds but not an Exposed which is basically the only power this Killer, who is already sorta weak, has? One that he has to work hard for at that fighting a super jank reveal mechanic that is long overdue for some fixing, reworks, or SOMETHING to avoid being literally revealed through walls? Please explain in detail to me why 60 seconds is so oppressive on an M1 Killer without antiloop or any Map mobility.
Billy and Bubba have shorter ones because they have speed. Ghostface doesn't. There's absolutely NO need to nerf him like that. If anything the poor guy needs buffs, have you seen his killrates? it's one of the lowest in the game, and not just due to people meming with him either. He needs the same treatment Billy, Sadako, and Trickster got - substantial help and some light reworks around Reveal, maybe even a slight boost to his speed while in Shroud. He's the exact OPPOSITE of oppressive to the point some people even consider him a joke of an M1 Killer.
You're proposing a nerf. The absolute LAST thing that Ghostface of all Killers needs is a nerf.

maybe they can nerf and buff ghostface mark. Ghostface mark duration reduced from 60 second to 10 seconds. Survivor that are marked suffer from 15% hindered penalty and exposed.

Absolutely not. 60 seconds isn't OP at all, 10 seconds is deadass not enough when he doesn't have a chase power. This would not be a buff, it would be a straight up nerf because he can't always catch up in 10 seconds to make the 15% Hindered and Exposed you suggested matter. If the player loops well, 10 seconds of Exposed and 15% hindered is actually nothing.
It needs to remain 60 seconds. I'm sure you're a competent enough player to handle 60 seconds of Exposed. Most people are.

I say instadown is usually harder than hitting someone once (m1) with bubba and hillbilly as you need to use their powers well. Agains't myers well survivors will always play safer making it usually bit harder than normal m1.

That would be super unfun for the survivor, you can loop a killer for 60 seconds while exposed if you play it well... And with the slow you would need be at a tile immedislty, and if you are then the killer gets nothing and if not you die... That's just not it...

ghostface is unlikely to be a good killer. The whole point of ghostface is downing survivors before they get to a tile. This and 99% marking.

Sure, but it does not always go that way... How does the saying go "no plan survives first contact with the enemy", sometimes you just need a few seconds longer. I just don't think we should mess with movement speeds too much.

Which is bad enough and people complain about it a lot... It changes the safety of loops without the player able to do much about it and can even reduce the distance gained to get out of dead zones... There are already enough of those killers in the game, we don't need a 10th ms slowdown killer. If we want to buff Ghostface, which would be fine, I am sure there are other things that could be done... Like a shadow teleport to avoid stepping in open field and reappear behind cover, a tracking ability to know where to go next stuff like that.

He's fine IMHO for his niche but he certainly needs some looking at again, I feel, at least SOMETHING for his reveal mechanic.
