Why hasn't the Leprechaun been floated?
Consider him on entertainment value, alone.

Lol. Such a funny post. I've never heard anything one way or the other about Leprechaun being added as a killer to DBD but that is quite the stance to take. So as long as Leprechaun is considered as a killer then we are safe from rotting?

Once they add Leprechaun, BHVR will be blessed with eternal riches and will be able to develop DBD forever… or something.

I wanna see Dora the Explora first. Swiper would be terrifying.

consider me considering! I am allergic to rot! 😅
On a serious note, have not seen the movie but you have piqued my interest :)

Many moons ago, when I was a wee lad, I considered the Leprechaun to be the most terrifying killer among the greats such as Jason, Myers and Freddy. Nowadays, he seems to have been forgotten by most. BHVR would probably add him if they thought they can make some nice coin off of him.
The question is, what would be his power and how will he be differentiated from Chucky?

I think that he could teleport from chest to chest, similarly to how Dredge can teleport to lockers. In addition, his power would be something along the lines of illusions. So maybe illusionary pallets that actually hurt you if thrown, things like that.

The original is terrific with a young Jennifer Aniston. They go slightly downhill from there until it turns into a joke cult classic. The lore gets weirder from movie to movie as they attempt to flesh it out. Warwick Davis is a GOD.

haha not surprised about sequels going downhill as per all cult classic horrors, but didn’t know Jennifer Aniston and Warwick David (legend!) were in it!
Look forward to checking it out!

I want him to have a pounce similar to Victor where he launches himself at you and stabs you once and you lose one health state. I agree that some kind of illusion would be nice. Maybe illusions that can somehow trap survivors?
