Myers Rework
So very recently in the Q&A, the devs confirmed that Myers is on the list for a major rework, at the very least a serious overall to his power.
Currently The Shape, as the ability called Evil Within which allows him to stalk survivors to go up from tier 1 - tier 2 and lastly tier 3. In tier 1 he has no terror radius but moves at a reduced speed with a reduced lunge. After moving to tier 2, he now moves at a regular 115% movement speed with a normal lunge but a decreased terror radius. At tier 3, he has a regular 32 meter terror radius and can instant down with his basic attack which has an increased lunge.
Very basic and essentially an outdated power in comparison to the rest of the roster. I'm not going to mention his add-ons because that's an entirely different discussion.
For a rework, the first idea that comes to mind, and I think to most other people, is a new ability that becomes more powerful as the game goes on. My take on it would be getting rid of tier 1. Stalking, injuring and downing survivors charges his power until he's ready to activate tier 3. Remove the instant down but give him base endurance, an increased lunge, faster pallet breaks. After tier 3 ends, he keeps a small portion of those buffs with the exception of the increased lunge like a built in fire up. These will stack with future tier 3 activations until he's essentially one of the best m1 killers in the game. Simple, basic but better than what we have now. Inspired by the recent Blumhouse Halloween movies where Myers seemingly becomes more unstoppable the more kills.
Another idea that came to mind would be a rush down/stealth ability. Not the most original idea given what we already have with other killers. When out of chase, his terror radius gradually decreases until reaching undetectable. Perhaps something like a choke grab, something we've seem him do quite a few times but not exactly a slam since that would just be Weskers ability. Or maybe a power that plays around with the chase mechanic. My brain is fried, but I am hoping to see much more creative ideas in the future or on this post to hopefully give a better picture of what we can expect in the future.

Removing exposed from tier 3 and giving him simple action speed buffs would make him far worse than he is now. It would make him too predictable and easy to loop. He only has a chance at the moment because he can pop exposed on demand. I do think that it's not great for gameplay that he can stalk a survivor for a split second and instantly down them but i'm not sure how they would fix that.

The concern for Mikey is that despite being one of the weakest killers on the roster, he is very much still a fan favourite, both for playing as and against... it's only the constant looming threat of Tombstone Piece that makes him a problematic and otherwise he falls significantly sub-par.
His power is very interesting... while basic, it is a power that naturally synergies with a number of perks that makes it suprisingly deadly in certain scenarios, and always makes Mikey fun to build around... including but not limited to: -
- Coup De Grace
- Unforseen
- Enduring/Spirit Fury
- Bamboozle/Superior Anatomy
- Monitor & Abuse
His thematic success and build flexibility are 2 exceptional strengths we really don't want to lose...
As such, I'd be reluctant to significantly change a lot about him and his identity with a huge and complicated power overall. Instead try to keep him mostly the same but with a slew of buffs to make his power up more potent when he does get it, and also try and do something about his extremely slow early game.

They could make him stealthy the entire game as they alredy have scratched mirror myers. But remove all the tier system and maybe make him increase his speed the more he stalks a target or something. He is known for ambushing people and moving really fast offscreen while following someone lol maybe after the target is downed or he loses chase with them for 10 seconds his speed reverts to normal

Agreed he just need buffs. Tier 1 should be 110% movement and normal lunge. Injuring could also charge his power. Tier 2 could be more steathly as well. Tier 3 could have 120% movement speed and vaultint and pallet breaking could be made more faster.
Tombstone piece has to go im afraid his other add ons are mostly fine. Vanity mirror could use slight buff to aura reading range. Judith tombstone does not need -9% debuff to movement speed and should stay.

Rather than just tweaking his mori add-ons, I'd rather it became part of his basekit, and was made more fair. Something like:
- Make Myers fully stalk each survivor once to unlock mori ability.
- Give Myers info to track survivors who haven't been fully stalked yet (KI would be the best choice).
- Make it so Myers can't kill healthy survivors (this change would depend on how effective his new kit was in general).
- Increase the rate at which Myers gain stalk as gens are completed.
Myers struggles with map traversal, so will need a way to slow down survivor progress, seeing as his ability to kill off one player in about two minutes will be gone. I'm not so sure about this one, but it would fit him thematically:
- Survivors who have not been fully stalked or hooked yet are afflicted with a status effect that causes them to scream at regular intervals, have a reduced repair rate on gens and stumble after fast vaulting (this helps with Myers' early game, whilst not affecting survivors later in the match when Myers is much stronger).
I'm not sure how it would need to be tweaked, but his stealth/jump scare playstyles should be kept intact, so whatever changes would be necessary for that I'd be in favour of.
Most of this is poorly thought out, but I'd like to see a rework that makes him more interesting. His kit feels very dated now.

I didn‘t read all of your post yet, but I don‘t want a Myers rework. He is mostly fine. He just needs some buffs and QOL changes. Maybe another tier between 2 and 3 could be cool.
