The Twins - Nobody has fun, especially not the survivors
I would like to remind the devs that the design of the twins always leads to the most hated state for survivors in dead by daylight.
Slugging.
Victor only knows three counter plays: a strong window, running around a tree and running on stairs. If you kill Victor successfully, it only takes a few seconds until he is available again. As soon as Victor is close enough to the survivor, the survivor have no chance of avoid an attack of him.
Therefore my suggestion:
- Victor can not longer put a survivor into the dying state when he is closer than 5m and the survivor is injured. Instead he inflicts deep wounds. To prevent hugging and giving the survivor a minor chance to dodge victor. If the survivor is healthy everything stays the same, he latches onto the survivor.

I like vs'ing the Twins. I see no reason to nerf them personally. Victor has another really strong counter play, listening to when he is coming and not being seen by him.

She is 0.5% below average, she is also the literal lowest picked killer.

Those numbers are from before her buff. The 64% is from nightlight which is notorious for often reporting kill rates that are lower than the official ones.

Not really in this chase.
Statistics are more likely to be submitted by actual Twin mains, which of course are going to have higher kill rates.
Someone who picks Twins for challenge or something is unlikely to perform that well and submit it to nightlight.

The thing about killrates is. they tell nothing at all.
Skull merchant is highest because of how many people just give up, doc is lowest because of the afk macro thingy.
Twins is very unpopular, so the majority of twins player that are not in baby lobbys are probably very well versed in them. That doesnt mean twins count as a somehow very strongly and opressive killer, only killer to date i see as uncounterable in some situations is nurse. Anything else comes down to either bad luck (map, perks, teammates) or skill issiue.1 -

The way to fix Twins is Victor needs to be heavily incentivised to go for longer lunges.
Short lunge shouldn't be impossible, but there needs to be a heavy penalty for a short lunge and rewards for long lunges. As an example of a super hard version:
Victor injures as normal for each hit, but immediately dies and starts resurrecting if he hits a lunge within less than 5m.
That is off top of my head, I'm not suggesting that particularly seriously, but it's something along that vein that Twins needs. Something that makes crawling up survivors butt's with Victor and slugging from point blank not the go to strategy.
