PlayStation 4 Dedicated Server Not Responding; Disconnecting
My game is kicking me out of matches with Dedicated Server Not Responding; Disconnecting, the game then crashes and PlayStation gives me Error CE-34878-0
This is new for me.
Prior to today's update, I was just getting the PSN Error.
Now, the game is giving me the server message, followed by the PSN Error.

This has occured repeadetly over the coarse of the last 4 years since i play, it would happen randomly for various people, last year in february it was especcially bad.
There have been 100s of tickets by all the players by now and BHVR still seems to not be able to fix this. And its always only their servers not responding, just like the error message says. So its not even something you have control over.0 -
I'm on ps4, played all weekend with no issues. After yesterday's patch I've had the game crash where I get the Playstation message asking if I want to send a report and I've been disconnected from a match thanks to dedicated server issue. Both times it was towards end of the match in 2v8, only myself and 1 or 2 others.
I don't care that there's a DC penalty for my own internet issues because I can call my internet provider and get the issue fixed but there shouldn't be one when the issue is on BHVRs side with the dedicated servers, I have 0 control over that. Just make it so if this error message pops up the game knows to not give a penalty.

Yeah, we should put that in Feedback and Suggestions. If they can't solve it after all this time then there needs to be a comprise.

On Xbox, it's doing the same thing to me but only on survivor games. I can play killer and 2v8 just fine but survivor does this every time. It only seems to initiate the disconnect when the killer swings and hits a survivor. My friends have no problems playing survivor without me. This has happened since the end of anniversary event.
