"Weekly Developer Choice Bundle" choices feel very OFF
I would like to understand the reasoning behind putting Sable and Mikaela in this week's discounted bundle. I admit, these 2 are my favorite female survivors, so I understand their popularity. But… they are so popular that their cosmetics do not need any help with selling, right?
- people will be buying these skins en masse. You actually lose money by discounting the cosmetics for these survivors so often.
- you are further increasing the disproportionate popularity of female survivors over male survivors. Not to mention, popular female survivors. Like, I don't recall Haddie or Jane being in any of these Dev bundles. (correct me if I'm wrong)
In my logic, it makes sense to use these discounted bundles primarily (not exclusively!) to up the sales of the cosmetics that do not sell well. Namely, those of male survivors and less popular female survivores (Haddie, Jane, Yun-Jin).
If anyone wants to shed some light on me about how this makes sense from a business perspective, please do. My logic strongly tells me that it's better to discount stuff that sells less, and keep the best selling stuff mostly at full price.

I just wish they would put more cosmetics in the bundles that are from past rifts that have not reached the store yet. Normally they come to the store about a year later, but there are a few cosmetics I've been waiting on for over 2 years now.
It feels pretty bad not to have access to a cosmetic I wanted just because I wasn't able to play for a rift, and then have to wait literally years without any idea of when it will come to the store. It would be nice if BHVR had a consistent schedules for this or was more open about the process.

Ive been waiting on the Night Owl skin for Huntress for 2 years now. And what's weird is about month ago they released the rift outfits for Gabriel and the singularity and those rift outfits are only 6 months old

Jane has already been in one of these bundles, idk about Haddie tho. These are green skins on discount and as a result probably don't sell that well to begin with. So putting them on sale might convince people to be like "ehh, why not?"
I personally have never bought a single green rarity skin except for the Huntress ones

That is kind of what I originally expected they would focus on with these bundles. I can't remember the first few of these bundles, but they seemed promising. And they shifted in nature, more towards a sale of what is available in the shop.
