The Executioner Add-on Changes

Hello everybody, today I want to discuss about The Executioner AKA Pyramid Head's add-ons. Now, I don't know much about the Silent Hill games, and its lore. but what I will say is, I'm going to try and be as accurate as possible with Pyramid Head's lore and make his add-ons actually useful for once. Because the add-ons he has got right now, doesn't change his gameplay much or give much variety to his power. So that's why I decided to fix this issue, and make most of his add-ons a bit more interesting to play with or against, as well as making it fun and enjoyable for both sides.

Here are the changes I made for his add-ons:

Add-on changes:

Uncommon Spearhead Add-on (Rework)

Rites of Judgement trails inflict Blindness for 60 seconds.

Rare Tablet of the Oppressor Add-on (Rework)

While performing Rites of Judgement, Survivors standing within 16 meters from you, have their auras revealed to you.

Very Rare Scarlet Egg Add-on (Rework)

• Survivors damaged by Punishment of the Damned inflict the Broken status effect for 60 seconds.

Rare Misty Day, Remains of Judgement Add-on (Rework)

• Survivors damaged by Punishment of the Damned instantly refills the Power Gauge.

Rare Valtiel Sect Photograph Add-on (Rework)

Rites of Judgement trails inflict Exhausted for 15 seconds.

Uncommon Forgotten Videotape Add-on (Rework)

Rites of Judgement charge speed is increased by 15%.

Uncommon Leopard-Print Fabric Add-on (Rework)

• Movement speed is increased by 5% while performing Rites of Judgement.

Uncommon Cinderella Music Box Add-on (Rework)

• Increases turn speed by 10% while performing Rites of Judgement.

Uncommon Wax Doll Add-on (Rework)

• Decreases time required to cancel Rites of Judgement by 15%.

Rare Mannequin Foot Add-on (Nerf)

• Increases the duration of trails left by Rites of Judgement by 15 seconds.

Common Copper Ring Add-on (Buff)

• Increases maximum duration of Rites of Judgement by 2 seconds.

Common Dead Butterfly Add-on (Buff)

• Decreases time required to recharge Rites of Judgement by 3 seconds.

Common Black Strap Add-on (Rework)

• Increases the duration of Killer Instinct when triggered by Rites of Judgement by 2 seconds.

Common Lead Ring Add-on (Rework)

• Decreases the miss cool-down for Punishment of the Damned by 10%.

Ultra Rare Obsidian Goblet Add-on (Rework)

• While performing Rites of Judgement, you are granted the Undetectable status effect.

• When a Survivor is damaged by Punishment of the Damned, you gain the Undetectable status effect for 30 seconds.

Very Rare Lost Memories Book Add-on (Buff)

Rites of Judgement trails inflict Oblivious for 60 seconds.

Very Rare Rust-colored Egg Add-on (Rework)

• Survivors damaged by Punishment of the Damned are inflicted by Torment.

Well, I do hope you liked the changes I made for The Executioner's add-ons. Hopefully, one day Pyramid Head gets some love from the Developers. He desperately needs it more than anything.

    They did a PTB with basekit Torment on punishment and it was far too powerful. It would only be balanced on a Iri add-on, and definitely not an uncommon.

    I think Broken/Mangled/Hemorrhage are 'normalized' at 80s nowadays, but not 100% sure.

    Oblivious on a very rare is good at 60s, especially with how optional it is to step in the trails (unless this would also apply when crouching through).

    Just like other Killers, they should basekit his Yellow range add-on, and redo the Brown and Yellow versions. Keep the Green as is.

    Killer Instinct duration is pathetic at 1s. The weakest should be 2s, and the rest even numbers as well. It isn't perfect tracking like auras, so it wouldn't be too powerful.

    Exhaustion is usually 5-10s, not 15s. Like the Oblivious, a decent alternative would be have 5s/30s when crouching through, and double the amount (10s/60s) if running through.

    So you think damaging Survivors with Punishment of the Damned that inflicts Torment, should be an iridescent add-on instead? Is that because it is way stronger than I thought it would be?

    Yes exactly, it is ultra mega powerful. I do think it is enough of a cost at Iridescent rarity. If DS/OTR/basekit BT also applied off of cages, then it would be fine at a lower rarity tier, but that would require a separate basekit nerf to PHead.

    Here was one of the videos of a content creator playing in that PTB with applying Torment on M2.

    The largest problem from my memory was you could easily tunnel anyone even off hook, and it would apply Torment to even deny DS on the ground unless they lockered in time.

    Maybe if they did some sort of system like Onryo tape lock-in on hook for a soft-Torment and a full-Torment. Running through trails would be full-Torment, getting hit by M2 would be soft-Torment, and once hooked, you could M2 again to make it full-Torment. Even then, that still might have the permanent tunneling problem that PTB had.
