Vecna buffs suggestion

I've been playing Vecna for a while now, so I think I have enough experience on him to suggest a few buffs; he is not weak by any means, but he does rely on addons, especially the iridescents, to truly shine.

Decrease all his spell cooldowns to 35 seconds. Missing even once is extremely punishing, so being able to cast spells 10% more frequently would definitely help.

Decrease Fly's post-cast cooldown by 0.5 seconds. This means that the action cooldown will be the same for all spells, 2 seconds. Fly has the potential to be used in chase, vaulting over windows or pallets and bodyblocking them, however the long delay before being able to attack makes it almost an exclusive, kind of underwhelming, mobility option.

Increase Fly duration to 5 seconds, and allow the killer to actually fly over short obstacles. Again, this helps make the ability better at what it was designed to be (a mobility power), and gives it the potential for plays in chase.

Make the skeletons appear 0.1 seconds sooner. Right now, the flight of the damned is almost useless, since if you try using it next to survivors to instantly hit them, they will expect it most of the times and have plenty of time to react. Using it to zone is an option, but it's really boring and exclusively works at windows, since survivors have plenty of time to crouch and then drop pallets.

Make the Sphere smoother to use by making it appear and move instantly to the direction you were facing, instead of locking your FOV for 2 seconds, and still giving you 2 more seconds of cooldown after it starts moving.
