New item: Infinite flashlight 🔦💡
I suggest a new item, infinite flashlight that can't go empty.
This item is for brighting up dark places. Could be used in the lights out game modes as well.
This item cannot blind the killer.
And for meming and having fun in game. Survivors love flashing with a flashlight. Why not give them an infinite one that won't damage the killer. Exept intimitadion in the lobby.
This could be an only reward from buying directly with bloodpoints, or as usual in BW or in game chests.
In game or in BloodWeb you could get an option to buy an infinite flashlight or a normal one, like a switch.
They could have a random addons with the lenses for different plays. Sometimes the bulb could be broken. Sometimes you spawn with a long range flashlight. Or a shortrange with a wide lence, etc.

Ok, hear me out now, should this flashlight be able to blind survivors like flashbang and blastmine do?
Positivily this would work in the killers favor.
Negative, toxic survivors would use this to destroy the game.
I guess it shouldn't. But in a lights out game mode it could?
That was a wild thought in the extra thought. I was serious about the rest, not in the extra thought.

I mean it will be used to BM killers. It's basically an item that allows survivors to click at killers forever.

It won't blind the killer.
If you have ever used lightborn. When they try to flash your eyes, but dosen't work. For me it isn't distracting at all. But for other it could be.
Killers will be able to see where survivors are from futher away from the map, just seeing beams flashing around xD
But it is okay to agree to disagree. Everything can be used to BM. I appreciate your worry for bad manners in game.
I just wanted to share this idea. It's okay to not like it. Or just worry about things to be abused.
I see both positive sides and negative. But the negative won't harm with this.

You've never heard of clicking BM? Survivors don't try to blind the killer when they are BMing. They just spam the flashlight to annoy killers.

Spamming a flashlight clicking dosen't work like it used to be btw.
I understand you don't like this idea.
But do you see the potential use for this in a light out game mode? To flash your way to see better.

People would use it to shine the flashlight directly on the killer, for almost the entire time the killer is carrying a survivor. The flashlight light would still block the killer's screen, and make it very difficult for the killer to see where they are going.

You can only walk while using the Flashlight, that means you move at 2.26m/s instead of 4m/s. Even with both Champion of Light and Fixated, you only go 3.842 m/s. The Survivor will always lose distance using the Flashlight compared to running, so BMing means the Survivor is giving the Killer an advantage, so it would effectively be a Killer item.
The only actual complaint with merit is that you could go 3.842 without scratch marks, so make this infinite flashlight create scratch marks while using it, or not work with Champion of Light.
