Nurse Nerf Suggestion/Discussion

Nurse is obviously very strong and as a result she has likely hindered many helpful/fun features and perks from coming to killer as a result of her strength because of them being too strong on her. So I have an early stages idea to tone down her strength revolving around light burning.

Basically, I would bring back light burning on survivor brought flashlights and add some base-kit item, a flashlight or lantern that you can easily get while in the trial with her. These wouldn't be able to blind and have the sole purpose of hindering her power usage.

The flashlight idea which is more simple and not really my favorite is that in some way you can get a Special Item called a Broken or Dim Flashlight for example that you can use to light burn her. I don't like this as much because it would make using your held items awkward like an EMP or Sadako Tape would and would probably do less than a tuned version of the lantern idea.

The lantern idea, which conveniently was just made for the Lights Out mode, would have lanterns spawn on gens or around the map that survivors could quickly grab and place down similar to a Xenomorph turret (you wouldn't slow down while carrying it). While in the range of the lantern the nurse would not be able to blink. So if she lands a really good first blink and hits you she is rewarded, but if she doesn't that second blink isn't so free within the radius, and she would have to swing and break it instead. There are a lot of questions (would it work while your holding the lantern or only while placed? What would the radius be, and if it works while holding, would it be the same? What happens when you get hit while holding one? etc.), but I think a fine tuned version of this idea could bring her down to a more reasonable level of strength.

The plan isn't to make her an awful killer, fundamentally I think she should be a top 5 character, but with Billy and Blight toned down, there isn't really any dispute that she is the strongest killer again and could use a more complex change.
