Appear as offline in friends list
Can we please get an option to appear as offline in our friends list? On PlayStation, I can appear as offline on my PSN account but then when you go into DBD it shows me as online.

@patronsaintofpizza @Valimure Don't we already have that option in the game's settings? Under "Online", there are 3 options to hide something. One of them should be hiding you from "online friends" inside DBD. Check them out, I'm pretty sure one has such description.

That's not how that feature works. All it does is hide your username shown at the top of the friends list. You still show up as online to your friends.

Been asking for this on xbox too for quite some time. Would like to have those days where I can play killer in peace when I don’t feel like SWFing

This cannot be done on Xbox, as it would violate some of the Microsoft player visibility guidelines. It's the reason DBD's Anonymous Mode cannot even be used.
Dunno about the PlayStations.

PlayStation gives you the ability to appear as offline on your PlayStation account, so I’m guessing it would be fine in DBD. That’s really weird Xbox doesn’t allow that!

On Xbox there also is an option to "Appear Offline" However you still will show up in all recently played with lists, profiles can still be looked at, and for DBD it'll always show you as in game or in the menus. There's no getting around all that, hence why we cannot use Anonymous Mode either.
