Bring back credit when killer ragequits!
When the Killer DCed you used to get credit for an escape, but then it was patched so it no longer counts. I think this is wrong, because if you completed all 5 generators and then the killer is salty and DCs rather than wait for you to open the door and walk out… you're punished by not getting your Adept or your "Escape X trials" tome challenge credit.

When did they patch it out? I'm not seeing it in any of the recent patch notes (I checked back as far as 8.1.0)…

we shodnt reward for ppl quitting a round cause game felt bad. :( ever. :(

Also if a survivor quits the game the killer gets a quitter bonus. We don't get that from the killers quitting and it's happening a lot lately. Ever since they took away Prestige I get at least one a day.

Most killers don't just quit because 5 gens are done. Most killers who DC do it because of toxic survivors.

The reason the killer quits shouldn't matter. I get "toxic" survivors (though I don't think of it that way, I know what the community deems toxic behavior from survivors) all the time, but I take my points and go next, I don't quit the second the gates open, which has been happening lately for a lot of my matches on survivor.
But yes, if a survivor quits, the killer gets a "quitter bonus" AND gets a kill (assuming they manage to kill the bot) whereas when the killer DCs, the survivors do not get an escape.1 -
Where did I say that? I am talking about when the KILLER DCs, it should count as an escape for the SURVIVORS. The killer chose to give up, the survivors shouldn't be punished.

A petty survivor can quit knowing a bot will be left behind, but a killer can't do it in return because it would just end the match. Killers couldn't complete adept achievements on bots, I don't know if this changed but if it's still the case, then this needs to updated also to make it fair to any side that suffers a DC.
