Haddie Kaur perk reworks.

Haddie Kaur has 3 terrible perks. Not only are they just bad from a gameplay perspective they also don't represent the character. So here are my Haddie Kaur perk concepts.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

"Inner Focus"→Haddie Kaur

While injured and suffering from the oblivious status effect press the active ability button 1 to activate Inner Focus, then gain the following:

•Clear the oblivious status effect.

•Become immune to the oblivious status effect.

•Breathing, Grunts of pain, and footsteps become silent.

•The Killer's aura is revealed to you within 8/10/12 meters whenever they are undetectable.

This perk deactivates when you are injured by any means or become healthy.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

"Residual Manifest"→Haddie Kaur

After a successful killer blind, the killer is affected by the blindness status effect for 30 seconds, then for the next 10/20/30 seconds shining your flashlight will not waste any charges, This perk then goes on cooldown for 60 seconds. {Blinding the killer again does not reset the timer.}

Guarantee a basic flashlight upon opening your first chest.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

"Overzealous"→Haddie Kaur

This perk activates after a vault and Highlights your most recent vault in blue.

The killer will vault the highlighted location 15/20/25% slower and have their aura revealed to you for 6 seconds after vaulting, this perk then goes on cooldown for 60 seconds.

The version of Overzealous we have is considerably better and way less niche than your pitch, getting 10% extra generator speed an infinite amount of times just for bringing an additional perk is very very good. I don't hate that idea, but it should be a new perk, we shouldn't have to give up Overzealous for it.

I like the Residual Manifest buff, no problems there. It might be slightly annoying to face chain blinds, but it's not as though you'd need this perk for that, so it's just a nice little buff to an already decent perk.

For Inner Focus, you and I agree that perk isn't very good, but I'd be concerned about this change. I think it'd be too inconsistent, while also probably being too good when it does get to activate. Maybe if you had it be something like, performing X action allows you to charge up Inner Focus, which allows you to cleanse more negative status effects without the extra bonuses?

Hell, you could pair it with Inner Healing and have it be "cleanse a totem to activate Inner Focus, then enter a locker for 12 seconds to cleanse all negative status effects". They'd pair nicely then, as well as Inner Focus having inherent synergy with Overzealous.

I agree with the Inner Focus change being inconsistent, originally I had it only activate when you're death hook but didn't like the idea, so I agree it probably needs a different activation method. But I don't think its effects are that good. In most games it will just be a less consistent Iron Will with the Oblivious immunity bonus. Also considering theirs only a few stealth killers the aura read wouldn't be too annoying, the counter-play to it is just not using your stealth while in chase.

Although the Overzealous change is sorta niche I just don't find the current version in-game that useful, having to find and cleanse a totem just to receive a 10% repair boost just isn't worth it, if you want a reliable gen repair perk it's better to use Deja vu, Prove Thyself, or even scavenger. The current Overzealous's only appeal is running it with Inner Strength as a passive effect.

Regarding Overzealous: It activates when you bless a totem, as well. You only have to run a boon as well to make this perk extremely accessible due to never running out of potential charges, and to make the timesink more efficient because you give your whole team an extra effect. It's a damn good perk, I'd hate to see it go. I do like your replacement effect as an idea, but I'd much prefer to see it on a new perk instead.

I guess I just don't get the appeal. Boon perks are practically useless and way too inconsistent for them to be worth a perk slot and having to reapply it every time you get injured when similar perks require little to no activation to use just makes this perk unappealing. Also chase perks are more popular to the majority of the community so giving Haddie a more aggressive kit, with simple activation cost will boost her popularity.

i think residual manifest and overzealous perk could be one perk. When you shine a flashlight at a killer, the killer suffers a -50% vault speed debuff for 60 second for vaulting windows.

I do not understand point of current inner focus. it sounds like a perk to keep track of killer by keeping track of survivor footsteps across the map. something that empathy does better despite having the injured condition.

Perhaps it would be better if it gave killer footsteps periodically in the chase like lightweight. for example you can see killer footsteps like chucky every 15 second for 3 seconds.

Overzealous does not need any reworks. it should only lose the turn off condition for being injured. it is regular gen perk for doing totems which most player label doing totems as waste of time.

i think it's a perk to make map item as relevant item. i think people don't run it because they look at negative.
