SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Following the steps to get the 4500 Shards leads to an expired link. Step by step photos below. Also, manually updating the preferences doesn't grant them.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Followed the instructions on my BHVR Account when notified about Shards reward.
