The change to Mangled and Haemorrhage still feels so bad

I know there are other topics that already explained why the change to Mangled and Haemorrhage status effects was the wrong direction and a really bad nerf but when I saw the buff to The Houndmaster's Addon, Spikes Collar (increased the duration of Mangled and Haemorrhage status effects from 45 to 60 seconds), in today's Patch Notes, it reminded me how bad the change to these status effects was/is. 60 seconds is nothing because when you down a survivor and hook them, by that time there are already 10 - 12 seconds gone and if the survivors are smart, they wait before they unhook (70 seconds is a long time), which means both status effects are over once the survivor gets unhooked. The same goes for very other Addon and also Sloppy. Sloppy is only decent on Hit'n'Run killers or for players who haven't unlocked the strong/good stuff.

I really hope you, the developers, will rework the Mangled and Haemorrhage status effects so they become good again. Remove the timer and nerf Mangled from 25% to 15% while Haemorrhage triggers after 10 seconds or give Perks/Medkits Addons the effect to counter Haemorrhage. Something like this, would be a healthy change to make these status effects better but fairer for survivors. But if you really want to stick with your change, then at least change it so that the timers pause on the hook.

any status effect mangled duration that is not at least 120 second is useless. the only viable mangled application right now is gift of pain because the mangled timer starts after unhook rather during hook.

true. It is so sad that this perk is the only viable one for Mangled and Haemorrhage. The nerf also made M1 killers so much worse because now Sloppy feels so bad :/ (same goes for the STBFL nerf)

stbfl is pretty useless now. at this point, they might as well consider making stbfl work with special attacks. While this is not normal convention to make killer perk affect killer powers, current iteration has too little impact.

Mangled should be permanent, and Hemorrhage should be on a timer. But only more than 60 seconds, since with less time it's too worthless.

I think the devs weren't wrong for changing these perks as something like Sloppy was definitely overtuned, but I don't agree with the way they handled these changes. They should've just removed Hemorrhage from every perk/addon that inflicts both Hemorrhage and Mangled (except for Gift of Pain) and call it a day as the problem with these perks/addons were the fact that they were a two for one deal. Nothing to do with the duration.
