Houndmaster Search Path mechanic suggestion

This is the exact mechanic we've been asking for for… coming up on a decade for the Trapper.
The baseline is now in the game. The Trapper should have the same straight-line haste toward a trapped Survivor that the Houndmaster gets.
It fits in to his lore - with Agitation's flavor being centered on his bloodlust. It makes far more sense than giving haste after placing a trap and trying to adapt his power to be more usable in chase.

much better to make his traps put survivors in the dying state directly. the ability to save survivors after they have hit a trap provides unnecessary drawback for trappers power. not deserved second chances. SWF if they stay together can somewhat utilize the mechanic more efficiently.
