SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I spent a lot of bloodpoints and picked Winter Party Starters and Mistle Toes Offerings. I got around 10-20 of each and prestiged my survivor. I played one game on the survivor and used the Mistle Toes offering (but did not use the Winter Party Starters) and escaped. Upon going back to lobby, all of the event offerings and items are gone and it states I have 0 of them despite me buying 10-20 of each and playing a single game (and not even using the crackers in the one game I played).

Following this, I restarted the game thinking it was a glitch and my character is now back to being prestige 24 instead of prestige 25, essentially negating the game I played previously. Proof with screenshots below.

After playing the game, you can see that I'm clearly prestige 25 and have used a mistle toes offering:

Yet, after restarting the game (because it showed that I had lost all of my mistle toes offerings and Winter Party Starters), I have now been reverted back to Prestige 24:

    Hi there, my apologies for not including them in the original post, here you go! As a follow-up to my original post, I played a bunch more games after this and those games do seem to have saved and synced properly as I have checked just now (still lost the progress following the first game though). Please let me know if you need anything further/any additional information!

    As a second update to this, I have lost the offerings on a killer on which I spent BP but did not play yesterday. I have logged on today to find that the mistle toes offering I had equipped after purchasing it is gone. Since making this post I have seen many people having the same issue on reddit.

    I'm having similar issues. Iv'e been rolled back like 12 times today on Jeff Johansen. I keep getting 30-800k Bloodpoints back after each game or after a few minutes just sitting in lobby.

    Apparently this is an issue on the PS4 as well. Last night I bought Plague and spent a ton of bp on trying to level her up. Only to have her get taken all the way back down to level one. Everything I had gotten in the web was gone. And so was all the bp I had spent. Haven't gotten anything back yet but I have taken the steps to report it. Won't be spending bp on her until this issue is sorted. Which is a shame because I wanted to use all these events bp bonuses to level her up.

    Same issue on XBox. First I had the BP's back couple of times, but now they're just gone

    I had the same thing happen, just as the creator stated. Now im having an issue where my bloodweb is frozen?? and will not finishing unlocking one of the levels within the prestige. I cannot purchase anything with this survivor, but i can use bloodpoints on others. When i click around, the menu locks up. I cannot click back, or any of the left side menu options. I can hover over and go to my challenges to reset my situation. Very bugged, and i feel ive lost bloodpoints. Please addresss asap. im p94 and grinding away. :(
