Survivors jump silently without perks for it

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sometimes my Survivors jump silently over obstacles, although I don't have any skills/perks for this.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play as a survivor, jump through windows, etc. Sometimes jump with sound, sometimes silent

Can confirm - PC/Steam.
But no real reproduction - just happens sometimes you make no sound while vaulting.

I've noticed this on my Nea running Lithe. I do run stealth perks on my Nea, but none that should silence vaults. I notice this on Cheryl too who I also run Lithe on.
