Freddy's new teleport will be bad, if survivors can still wake each other up...
Freddy's new teleport works on any survivor healing in the Dreamworld. But if a survivor is asleep and wants to heal an awake survivor, the awake survivor can quickly wake up the sleeping survivor, which completely bypasses the new teleport mechanic.
Because the game is being changed so that any survivor can use any alarm clock, the game should also be changed so that alarm clocks (or being hooked) are the only way for survivors to wake up.

Manually waking up a survivor becomes slower and slower each time you do it and nothing has stated this has been removed. Freddy has passive map pressure as survivors will have to spend time to keep themselves awake.

How many times would a survivor need to be woken up by a teammate, for it to be slower than the average time it would take to walk to an alarm clock and use the alarm clock?
Because even if it took 8 seconds for a survivor to manually wake up another survivor, that would still be faster (on average) than if the survivor woke themselves up with an alarm clock.
The alarm clocks have the potential to be Freddy's "slowdown" mechanic, but this won't work if survivors can wake each other up, or if failed skill checks can wake up survivors.

that is why you slug survivor, so when they pick up slug, you press TP and with red paint brush, you will 100% see the survivor when they go pick survivor up. the person on floor MUST be asleep because they can't wake up if they're on floor.

Removing the whole waking up by faling a skill check thing is a no. 1 change that should happen.

Assuming it still works the same way as before, I don't see this hurting Freddy that much. The first time yes it is quick, but it takes 4 seconds longer each time you get woken up this way until it gets all the way up to 16, at that point it's probably better to use an alarm clock instead.

even if you never use it, its teh fact it exists. it will make survivors not want to heal in the dream world, so waste time trying to wake up or stay injured
