Balance the game
this game has made the killer side way to over powered and if you think not your delusional. The amount of time I’ve been hit around a Conner or through a window after a fast vault is disgusting. It’s like the game is reward killer to swing at anything with the hit boxes and I know im not the only one to get hit by a hatch around a rock with me not being anywhere near it. The developers are wondering why theirs been a reduced amount of survivors and here it is. The killers have better ability and perks and the only argument on the killer side is that theirs 4 survivors they have to hook twice but you can only argue that when it’s a full 4 stack with communication which isn’t as common as you might think. What is the solution they thought of oh yea fill the servers with bots. I know ive seen a comp killer in my match that was running only 2 perks and still whiped my whole team with 2 gens left. That should give you a base idea of how unbalanced the game is.

A reduced amount of Survivor players..
Yet my Killer queues are almost instant and Survivor takes up to 3 minutes.. .. .. Maybe only my experience - but I doubt that

I find this extremely hard to believe.

I play both sides equally and I can say that the hit detection goes both ways and is mainly due to the netcode. It often feels like rolling a dice and sometimes you get a disgustingly lucky hit and other times you get flat out robbed. I main Huntress and the amount of times my hatchet hits the survivor point blank, I head the survivor scream - confirming the hit only to see that they have not lost a health state.
So it goes both ways and to me it feels like it introduces an element of randomness into every encounter that I am not comfortable with. I do not believe that this is intended and is largely due to the netcode. There is not a clear preferential treatment here in my experience.
The killers have better ability and perks
This is comparing apples to bananas. Neither one is better or worse, they are not the same thing. These perks exist for very different reasons. I personally believe that the current Perk system overall impacts the Macro- and Micro game in a rather perverse way.
80% of my playtime both as Survivor as well as Killer is spend without Perks, Addons and Items and I can safely say that I am doing well when playing both sides. As a Killer I can even stand up to organized SWFs, I do even prefer those since those very often lead to highly interesting scenarios that you just cannot get with random soloQ teams.

I am familiar with the comp scene and with various high profile players and some of them can do it without perks. It's not always down to perks. Perks modify the game in a very particular way, as I have mentioned above, and I call it a perverse way for a good reason.
I don't know if you are familiar with the concept of entropy but perks introduce a very particular modification to the underlying fundamental gameplay that cannot immediately be rationalized due to the nature of the soloQ experience itself. Think about it for a minute and consider the base gameplay as it is without perks for any of the players in the match.
Perks will introduce a very particular kind of chaos into an already chaotic scenario. The only solution to come to an ordered scenario is to create it by increasing the definition/resolution of the scenario. What I am saying is that SoloQ as it is right now in this point in time cannot be ordered. No amount of Perk changes will achieve a satisfactory result for anybody.

I honestly don't care about that.. No offense!!!
That's why I said it's MY experience.. Maybe it's different for you - I won't argue about that :)

honestly, I don’t care either and still don’t believe it. No offense. 🙃

Then we're good and don't have trouble with each other :)
Still, I'm curious, what is YOUR experience?

Seriously. I so agree with this post. I remember vaulting a window and being a good foot away from killer and it registers a killers swing as a hit. lmao

This is not true. Here a quote from my last post:

I experience times where I am near constant yellow bars (100+ ms latency) and regularly dip into red bars, with intermittent yellow to red indicators for packet loss.
On the other hand I get times where my connection is very well, near constant <100 ms latency with the occasional yellow bar and very rare minor packet loss.
The hits are not clearly favored in any way as I experience both extremes while playing either side as well as perfectly predictable "regular behavior as you think it should be" –– where both sides can somewhat agree that 'yeah, that wasn't a hit'.

I try to play survivors on event since release and I'm getting bored too fast because killer queue is instant and survivors queue is 3 minutes. You can find a lot of posts in this month about survivors queue is way longer despite its have bp bonus as well.

I disagree very much with you I say iridescent on killer is very easier to get and I’ve never lucked out on a hit as a survivor or been robbed by a hit as a killer even when my ping is at 100 and I think the developer can come up with some better perks for the survivor to even count those killer that have an insane builds. Once that happens I am sure more people while wanna play survivor and the Ques won’t be as long.
