Slugging and bleeding out survivors
This is coming from a person that actively plays both sides often but I think 4 man slugging and being bled out needs to be addressed in the last week iv had multiple singularitys especially bring third seal and knockout mind you knockout is extremely unhealthy and could use a change anyway but the issue is killers like singularity are incentiviced to slug people and this leads to boring unfun gameplay of you being left on the floor to sit like this picture
And now you have two options sit there and wait it out or dc but there's a penalty yes the first penalty is fine but imagine multiple games that day it can get frustrating and your forced to sit there and wait it out cause you don't want a longer penalty I think singularity is fine and when he's actually played he's not that bad to face if you know what your doing but when he's played like this it's extremely unhealthy for the game and needs to be adjusted in some way

third seal is hex perk. it can be cleansed. knock out is counter by bond or SWF.

This isn't going next cause they went down and gave up on hook this is about unhealthy gameplay and I said there's two options not once I said you should dc I just pointed out the 2 options

I think this will be addressed and personally I am parking up DBD for the meantime as I feel a few issues like this need to be addressed.
I think I am burned out of DBD in general so a break was in order anyway but I think that process sped up by having a lot more matches like this and continually being slugged for the 4k for 4 minutes (okay I probably don't help that as I crawl away to hide out of spite). As a solo queue veteran it is becoming very unfun and too much to submit myself over and over.
Slugging has been a necessary mechanic to buy time and create pressure when necessary but now it is being abused and certain content creators are just making this infinitely worse by promoting this toxic mechanic being abused in order to make some misguided point.
I also think a lot of maps have become far too killer sided (after years of the game being ridiculously survivor sided) as they have tried to correct imbalances but I feel they have gone too far the other way now and it can feel hopeless as a solo queue player, with this unfun toxic abuse of the slugging mechanic adding to this misery.

I've encountered super-slugging Singularity players too, it's far from an isolated incident like you're implying.
To OP, as a first step to addressing this, they should tweak Singu to remove Slipstream on downs. It remaining on downed survivors is a key feature of the problem. Then focus on unhealthy perks like Knock Out.

It's not going to be until SWF is nerfed.
As a SoloQ surv I get paired with Survs who literally can't do anything, like people who heal under hook against an Artist, or don't know how to even loop a Wraith. Let alone when how I'm constantly getting P100 Blights/Billy/Nurse in my SoloQ matches, I legit just go afk when two people get downed in under 25 seconds. Most matches I can't even play the game for a minute straight. Very very very rarely do I have a match in SoloQ that is winnable and if so, there's a good chance the Killer will DC.
Then as Killer I get ultra coordinated SWF who max every loop, body block nonstop or try to blind nonstop…. or I get, rarely, a SoloQ lobby that I completely decimate. Either way I don't slug/camp/tunnel, but the game practically begs me to do it and most matches just suck. There is zero incentive to not do any of that, I just don't do it because I want to facilitate a fun game for all, but BHVR should fix that; however they can't touch that until SWF is nerfed since those are ways to crumble a mediocre SWF.
So I see how Killers get to that level where all they do is slug/camp/tunnel because most of their matches are against SWF who have an inherent unfair advantage and so they use those tactics. When it comes to SoloQ, they then release all that resentment from SWF matches, even though the SoloQ is going to fall apart without all that. Or they create entire builds centered around making sure Survs sit and do nothing for 5 minutes, because again, they have resentment from those SWF games.
It all comes back to SWF creating awful games that are ruining the balance of the game for everyone else.

Game has been broken for years tbf.. what if it costs survivors a hook state to pick themselves up ? if survivor has two hook states it becomes a "give up” option

I love how in most screenshots of people being "bleed out", one persons recover progress is pretty much empty as if they were just downed. Almost as if this is just a screenshot taken at a convenient time and most of the time the killer hooks the Survivors after slugging them.

That's my duo the only person I was playing with and they have been on the floor for a minute they stepped away cause they were being bled out there's no point in recovery assuming that it's cause i took the screenshot before he hooked is so dumb literally everyone bled out look at my bleed out timer I'm almost dead
