I love your idea and I think it should be included in the game.
I know it's going to be an uphill battle getting this in the game.
But I really hope it does. This would be so fun to play with.
The issue is that someone is going to be suicidal and use it to leave the game at 5 generators.

I feel like you don't need to include every debuff possible in this perk.
The instant fall from 0 to 2 hook states seems like enough of a price.

Another killer perk for the survivors which that is what innovations already is how lovely.

How's that a killer perk? It makes the killer having to go to a total of 13 hooks instead of 12. And no one really forces you to equip a perk just like 99% of people don't equip No Mither. I appreciate your feedback and respect your opinion :)

Ok, so my suggestion:
Remove all 3 of the negative status effects and replace them with this:
• Your aura is revealed to the killer for 20 seconds.

Getting yourself killed early, even if the other players have additional hook states, messes with gameflow.
4 Survivors means:
- 1 Repairing
- 1 Hooked
- 1 Chased
- 1 Rescuing
If you take a survivor from those roles away it starts to play HEAVILY into the Killer players efficiency and gen denial.
I could see it being used as a later-game effect:
Transfer up to 2 hook states (requiring the other players having them in the first place), maybe.
But not adding additional at the expense of your own possible.
It also doesn't need additional detriments aside from being Broken.

how exactly would this be a "killer" perk? Because it would give the possibility to best player in the team to be on death hook, while giving everyone else additional hook state, which is literally a win-win for survivors

I feel innovations are like dark bargains with the Entity itself. It would be nice to have perks that trade states of conditions or even allowing a KO hit to thus inflicted upon thyself.
I would then define Martyrdom as a different perk
Martyrdom
When you heal a survivor from a dying state via killer this activates and marks the survivor for 30-45-60sec
When a marked survivor is put into a dying state again, they instead are put into healthy status and get the hit haste speed per usual also get unmarked, and you get put into a dying state and cannot recover via any healing for 90 sec also killer gets killer instinct on you while in the dying state being hooked removes this status.
This gives dark bargains giving the entity what it wants and allowing others to be saved.0 -
First me and my 4 man know how to loop so sharing hook states is nothing and stb exist which we do not need either. Second being perm broken is one of the most garbage thing to exist. 2% speed haste is nothing and at the same time killers qq about mft 3%. Third innovations once more wastes time when that 60 seconds wasted was more valuable on a gen. Fourth sure its only one killer but oni will benefit from this. Fifth if a person cant loop to begin with what is the point?
Innovations are killer perks and once I as a killer see that innovation sign and loud queue I confess am going for you or no mither users first because thats easier picking for me. As survivor I see you with either of these perks I stand correct your throwing the game and dont be mad if your being tunnel cause that is the one time rare even I side with tunneling and youn can't expect me to body block for you. Also those who talk about rat behavior, the funny thing is innovation users tend to hide and do nothing after doing their rituals.

This makes 0 sense brother. Invocations can be started by 1 person and finished by another. If you remove the negative effects it loses the essence of invocation perks.
First of all, it's not innovation, it's invocation. It's a perk that gives you a great advantage in exchange of a greater disadvantage. Not all perks need to be give me speed, give me 2nd chance, give me more time in the hook etc. There are more than 140 survivor perks yet everyone use the same meta all the time. When you say "me and my 4 man know how to loop" I can imagine what perks you use all the time. If you know how to loop why are you scared of being broken?
Yes, well as a killer don't let survivors complete an invocation. If you see someone became broken due to an invocation tunnel that person out.

I do not give a damn if its innovation or Invocations, its garbage and a waste of time thats the point and I hope I do not get you a teamate, you be the same ones that cause a winning game to a losing one and what does it matter of my swf and I runs the same perks which we dont? Killers run meta as well.
Least I can play the game without having burden teamates who wastes time doing unnecessary things or ones who kamikaze on hook hence the beauty of swf. As for your idea there already are perks that does all of that without downsides even water down boons still is worth if over trashovations.

Seems surface level strong but actually incredibly weak like the other invocations. Would this still work if youre on death hook potentially allowing you to give others hook states still?

How does it? It still would have a negative effect (being on death hook, and also having a target on you with the aura reveal).
Of course, opinions may wary. But it seems more appropriate to have one negative effect instead of multiple ones.
