SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Singularity addon hyperawareness spray makes survivor hear terror radius. When equipping perk coulrophobia, perk does not work with this addon, only when killer is withon 32meters

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:equip perk coulrophobia, addon hyperawareness spray, start the match, slipstream a survivor and injure him, go to the other side of the map, survivor does not receive coulrophobia penalty even if he hear terror radious as statet both in perk and addon

    It's not a bug. The perk doesn't actually create a real terror radius. It creates the illusion of being in a terror radius. It's the same thing as Doctor's Discipline addons, where it creates the illusion of a terror radius, but doesn't actually create a real terror radius.

    TD;LR Hearing a fake terror radius is not the same thing as being in a real terror radius.
