Hillbilly - 40m TR is more reason to replace Counterweight Add-On
I've suggested this before, but with the PTB changing Hillbilly to 40m, the Counterweight add-on (70% less turn speed) is even more garbage that it is already.... you don't learn Hillbilly with this add-on... and it makes you just unable to play the character... it's trash in every way.
I would like to replace it with:
Tarnished Muffler
- Disables Overdrive ability
- Reduces Terror Radius by 8m
This would let us play OG Hillbilly. A great Easter egg to celebrate his history, and a great tool for new players to learn how to curve without Overdrive throwing off your muscle memory constantly.

But additional note:
It would also let drift Billy's come back, cause trying to do that with Overdrive is basically impossible. Drift King Billy's were super cool, hilariously terrifying and in no way unfair or overpowered... please bring them back 😢

Sounds fine to me. Counterweight is just detrimental in every way and has no practical purpose. Your suggestion would be a much better and more fun alternative.
