The Ghoul Feedback/Suggestions

I have been playing kaneki non-stop for the past 3 days. He is genuinely so much fun and I think he has potential for a high skill ceiling.
Unfortunately he is way too strong right now, and very un fun from the survivor perspective.
Technically I don't think he's strong. But I think the range of counter play is too precise for a game that doesn't have voice chat and he is too good at macro and micro gameplay. He should only really excel at one.
Here are things I would tweak to make him more bearable to play against
Macro:
Make using up all swings more punishing. A significantly longer cool down. If you want to swing around the map to get to a survivor, you gotta play as an M1 killer for part of the chase.
Make the swings more visible/ audible to survivors. Its hard to know if they are about to be on you instantly
Macro/ Micro:
Remove Enraged mode. Its not needed like AT ALL. Either you're always in it or you are just playing bad. And frankly its hard to not be in it. Engraged mode allows even more mobility then he already has.
Micro gameplay:
Remove deep wound. Theres no need for it. It allows tunneling and is annoying. Just make it so you go on countdown after leaving chase for 15 or so seconds. (also shorten the countdown)
Remove hindered and stunlock, survivors shouldnt be punished for the killer (most likely) messing up.
The first lunge should at most interupt actions, but a survivor should not be hindered.
remove the stunlock. Its annoying on both killer and survivor on the second leap. Survivor loses control of the camera and it feels awkward, and looses some distance that could help with chases against a super mobile killer.
increase the cooldown when cancelling power (SLIGHTLY) there should still be an allowance to do cool body blocks and catch ups, but you should not be able to just back rev and down w 0 issue.
decrease the size of the hitbox for the second/3rd attack. Not only does it give free hits on survivors. But it also is frustrating as killer because sometimes you try and go for a play and instead hit the survivor.
decrease the range that you are able to grapple attack a survivor. I should not be able to hit a survivor when they cant even see me because im tiny and so far away that they don't even know I'm there. Its dumb
These are all the changes that I think are most important to Kaneki in DBD rn to add more enjoyment for both killer and survivor, I would really appreciate if you took the time to look it over and implement them. I've had numerous matches where people give up on first hook already and its only the third day. I have lost 1 match in 3 days. ONE MATCH IN 3 DAYS
Kaneki has potential to be one of the most interactive killers in the game, but he is SO overtuned right now. PLS BHVR fix him but PLEASE DONT GUT HIM T-T

reduce the hit box
rework hinami's umbrella
increase the cooldown slightly
make him 4.40 -
Making him 4.4 would make him feel god awfull to play there are loops where you cant use your power. I also think his current cooldown is fine. I would instead like it if they removed the deepwounds from the grab, it makes tunneling way to easy, hitting a injured survivor with the grab should only give you the mark.
