Title. There's no reason for these hyper mobile killer to be 4.6

    how does him being 4.4 affect anything? he still backrevs you.

    1: Ghoul would be so bad if he was 4.4. His power can't down Survivors as it stands and (let's be honest) it's only a matter of time before he gets nerfed due to all the outcry (I assume/hope the range, generosity of the grab and cooldown will be adjusted, the power itself is fine). Making him 4.4 would just make him an even worse Legion.

    2: The moment Blight becomes 4.4 is the moment every casual & average Blight players stop touching him (especially on consoles where certain things are even trickier to pull of) and all that's left are pro players going on 100+ winstreaks and slugging everyone. I'd rather still have a chance at fun when facing Blight thank you.
