Abandon should count as a loss

I don’t get the idea of having it count as a draw. You abandon cause you don’t think you can win, why does that mean you get tossed into a draw? I think if either side abandons it should count as a loss, even if you have a chance of winning still you actively are choosing to not continue towards that draw in game.

Abandoning should hold weight so if you could still escape you are more incentivized to try then just abandon.

I don’t like how much people want to abandon because something they dislike happened, you should only abandon cause there is no opportunity to win.

    Yes I am seeing lots of final survivors just DC at the end of the game before they get moried. I'm not even slugging! This gives them a free draw and I don't even know if that demotes it to a 3K for me.

    Seems rather abusable!

    I'm seeing lots of people down themselves in deep wound or with zombies so they can all dc to draw

    or as soon as they suspect they will lose they will all stand in front of the killer to try an get a draw seen quite a few swfs do in so many peoples games.

    Needs to be fixed asap.

    Killers can also abuse this to get in low mmr lobbies to smack newbs. It is very easy to keep 2 people alive, slug one then kite the other all over the map, down him, then go pick up and drop the slugged survivor to bleed out the other persons 4 minute slug timer. Hit 10 minutes and quit! It's really not good at all for game health.
