STBFL loses tokens when Deathslinger spears the Obsession
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I noticed this starting on the 8.7.1 patch. It has not been resolved as of 8.7.2. When spearing the Obsession, I lost 2 stacks of STBFL as if I had done a damage state. This occurs even if you spear them and then immediately let go without doing a damage state. When spearing a Survivor who isn't the Obsession, you do not gain tokens (as intended).

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play Deathslinger in a public match with STBFL equipped.
- Spear the Obsession while STBFL has stacks.
- Notice how STBFL loses 2 stacks as if a damage state has been lost.

Not a bug. It has been this way for months. Killers like DS, Pinhead, Trickster all lose stacks when a special attack lands, as described in the perk description.

This also happens with Trickster, it's not a bug but you lose stacks if you so much as hit an obsession with a single blade
