Up The Ante is the Luck perk that got nerfed this patch for some reason.
But, it apparently can. Idk.

I would imagine that it can give you event-specific add-ons when the associated event is live. But not outside of them.
So this looks like a bug.-1 -
I fixed it quickly. If you clicked on it before it was fixed it will still show the old one until you refresh.

I see it now.
I just thought if something, as the Event rarity was removed, maybe the restriction that made it so you couldn't get Event add-ons wasn't updated.

I have already reported this as a bug to the team! But considering you can get a refined serum, (one of the top medkit addons) this will probably be patched soon and is a bug. How do I know this is a bug? Im a proud ace in the hole user and have never goten those until now.
