Springtrap literally has 1 Deviousness Score Event
TL;DR: The Animatronic has 1 deviousness score event in his entire kit, and it's for interrupting a survivor in a security room which awards 1000 points. This makes it really difficult to get any points in the Deviousness Category.
I have been playing Springtrap for a few days now and he's been really fun, yet I have noticed that whenever I play him, my deviousness category ends up with a ridiculously low value (played a match 10 minutes before writing this, I got 17 bloodpoints in the category), I was really confused so I went into a custom match to test his score events and he does have one instance where he is awarded bloodpoints in deviousness, It's when he interrupts a survivor in the security room which awards him with the Jumpscare Score Event worth +1000 points. This is a big problem since compared to other killers in the roster, The animatronic gains significantly less bloodpoints in his matches, adding insult to injury, since the doors are currently bugged as of the time this is being written, no survivor ever uses them so it's also incredibly difficult to achieve such a feat more than one time per match (most times not even).
He is really fun, but playing him makes the bloodpoint gain significantly worse which makes the grind more tedious and worthless compared to blight for example (who gets maximum points in the category without even trying basically). It would be really nice if new score events were added to compensate for this issue such as for grabbing a survivor with an axe embedded in them or landing an axe throw, if we're being generous also another for recalling/throwing the axe as they benefit to his gameplay (due to the movement speed changes) even if not in chase. (whilst writing this post I remembered about disabling doors with the axe and turns out he doesn't even have a a score event in any category for doing that).
To conclude, his score events are really oddly designed as in that he barely has any and even those that he does have, award very little bloodpoints.
Thank you for your time and I hope something is done about this, because I really want to play him but still be able to earn bloodpoints.

Probably needs to be rewarded these points also when:
- Hitting a survivor within ten seconds of exiting a security door. Maybe longer, depending on how long the devs want to allow him to retain undetectable.
- Hitting a survivor with an axe OVER a very tall obstacle, such as a jungle gym wall. Or maybe simply at a very far distance and a high arc.
- Grabbing a survivor with an axe stuck in them, AFTER they have already dropped chase.

Ahh so that's why I was getting pretty much no points and never reaching the 40k cap even in a perfect game damn

I didn't even think about those. The more I think about it, the more score events he's missing, poor guy doesn't even get a single point for using his doors.

I think I got 50 points for my thrown axe revealing a survivor with Killer Instinct.
Yeah, his Deviousness gains suck.

Yeah, you gain 50 bloodpoints in the Hunter Category whenever a survivor enters the axe's active area, which is little, but since it happens so much, it isn't even that bad, a simple buff to 100 points would be enough in my opinion.

That was for the Hunter category? Why?! Killer-specific stuff is usually Deviousness.
I'm doubling down on his Deviousness gains sucking.

Kinda, each one has its uses.
- Deviousness is for general power use, (blight rushing, nurse blink, vecna using spells, etc…)
- Brutality is to do with attacks and damage, usually after the use of power (plague's corrupt purge aka red vomit, ghostface downing a marked survivor, ghoul hitting a survivor after ending a leap, etc…)
- Hunter is to do with tracking, (as I researched some score events on the dbd wiki, I just noticed that springtrap is the first killer to have a power specific score in the hunter category, not even artist has it for getting killer instinct with birds)
- Sacrifice is for hooking and killing (sending a survivor to a cage as pyramid head, killing a survivor with a pig trap, etc…)
this is the base of how it works but sometimes it's very incosistent, for example, huntress gets deviousness for hitting a hatchet rather than brutality (which is good but still).

I could swear Brutality is rewarded for injury and Deviousness is rewarded for power usage, so if Artist or Huntress use their M2 and injure with it they get both Brutality (for the injury) and Deviousness (for use of their power). I main Nemesis and I think that's how his tentacle works: first hit with the tentacle is Deviousness only because there's no injury, but if you whip a contaminated survivor then you get Deviousness for using your M2 and Brutality for causing an injury.
If I remember the score events correctly, Brutality, Hunter, and Sacrifice are usually consistent across all killers while Deviousness is specific to each killer's power. So getting anything outside of Deviousness for something power-related (like Killer Instinct) seems wrong. Though maybe BHVR is just changing how they do things, I dunno.

That makes sense but the score event for nemesis as you mentioned is only triggered for hitting a survivor with the tentacle, not just using it. I don't want to boot up the game and test but the dbd wiki doesn't show any nemesis specific brutality score events, whereas some killers do have specific brutality events.
The image below is the brutality section in the dbd wiki.0 -
This would also be a very rare score event, but throwing the axe to block a camera the Survivors are using should absolutely reward Deviousness.

the score event for nemesis as you mentioned is only triggered for hitting a survivor with the tentacle, not just using it
I think you misunderstood me, because that is what I was saying: he gets Deviousness (Tentacle Beatdown score event) for using his tentacle to injure a survivor.
Here's video, it should start at 16:27; Scott gets the tentacle hit with injury at 16:31. You can see both the Deviousness score event (Tentacle Beatdown) for injuring with his tentacle plus the Brutality score event (Hit) for injuring a survivor at all.
I guess some killers get specific Brutality events. I loaded up a custom match to see what would happen, and Plague gets Deviousness (Corruption +300) and her own unique Brutality score event (Corrupt Purge Damage +300) for injuring with her corrupt purge. Meanwhile, as shown in the video, Nemesis gets Deviousness (Tentacle Beatdown +600) plus a generic Brutality score event (Hit +300) for injuring with his tentacle. Killers get the Hit +300 Brutality score event for injuring with their M1.
God, DbD's score events are a tangled mess.

Ok now that is really confusing jesus… Why would plague get brutality in her own score rather than just using the base Hit Event? I'm going to assume it's just because it's weirdly coded and the vomit injures survivors in a weird way that is counted as an external hit rather than a direct hit such as the nemesis tentacle.

I was genuinely surprised that there is not even a score event for this, disabling doors is a feature that could have big potential if it is slightly buffed (lingering for 20 seconds after removing the axe from the door for example) because right now you trade half of your power to disable one door, which only makes it truly useful in small rotations where you don't really require your axe and benefit from being a 4.6 killer. Still, not having even a score event that gives 50 bloodpoints is insane, BHVR just seems to have disregarded one entire part of his power which I find weird.

Actually you're completely and utterly wrong, classic misinformation. /s
He has 2. Jump Scare and Tough Luck which is gained when throwing your axe at a camera when someone is looking at you through it. He desperately needs more. I also think Survivors should get Survival points when removing the axe from themselves. It's also very strange that he doesn't get points just for using the doors, like 100 each time or something, and Survivors should also gain 100 Boldness points when they use one.

Well i'd assume there would be more, but disabling a door that is currently being used is very situational so no wonder that in all my games I never encoutered that score event.

There's also a 750 "tough luck" scoring event that you get for lodging the axe into the door but its kinda inconsistent and i cant quite pinpoint why you get it or dont.

From what I've learned it's for stopping a survivor from revealing you by disabling the camera they're currently looking through with the axe, so yeah it is very incosistent. I've played around like 25+ matches as him and not once has that ever happened to me, I guess it's due to the audio bug with the doors and the survivors are afraid to use the cameras.

i got it even when survivors were clearly not using the camera (like when everyone was dead and i was just roaming around waiting for the animations to end) so idk, it just feels random
but yeah, deviousness gains are just nonexistent. i really hope that they will ADD new scoring events and not just replace existing ones (especially brutality ones) with deviousness gains like they did with Dracula who, for example, doesnt get brutality for hitting people with hellfire which is so stupid

I learned yesterday he actually has a second one for hitting a camera with your axe thats revealing you. You get the "tough luck" score event and 750 Deviousness points
