Springtrap security doors turning survivors blind

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
During one of the chases I got able to get some distance between me and The Animatronic so I've decided to use Springtrap's door and during that they've hit me and I was unable to see anything. I assume that I got stuck near the security door because I was healed somehow, however Springtrap was unable to pick me up, I figured it out by the sounds. Instead of picking me up they were interacting with the security door.

PLATFORM:
PC, Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Get injured
2. Use security door
3. Pick another security door to get to and press the button
3. Get a hit by The Animatronic and you'll get bugged.

    To fix something here; you don't choose what door to go to as a Survivor. You'll go to the door linked to the one you're entering (shows on the panel on the door).

    Sounds like the old locker bugs that would take your camera if you got downed by the Knight in one. You could still move but your camera and any animation on it just got stuck.
