High mobility power should be nerfed with base speed decrease
Why high mobility killers, who can easily loop get 4.6m/s while deathslinger for example has 4.4m/s? Every high mobility killer also has great snowball potential.
imo we should nerf some killers at least with speed decrease and buff some with speed increase.
Killers that should be changed and why:
1. Hillbilly 4.4m/s
You all hillbilly mains use his chainsaw either way, no matter what. Hillbilly has very high mobility and snowball potential, he doesnt need 4.6
2. Blight 4.4m/s
Literally Stier killer cuz of his mobility, decreasing movement speed literally will do nothing, but will give survivours something after making him lose all tokens.
3. Ghoul 4.4m/s
Killer with the highest mobility, who can loop and injure everyone with ease. Why should we give him 4.6?
4. Deathslinger 4.6m/s
LIterally the opposite of other killers. No mobility, no snowball potential, just speargun for chases. Give him anything. Spring trap has 4.6 without axe for example.

Ive been tunneled out by a Blight three times before the first gen was done today, dont tempt me with this.

Hillbilly and blight have restricted turn rate while in power unlike spirit who can move freely so its make no sense to give them 4.4 and ghoul is literally m1 after first hit. The only good take is slinger 4.6 but the other ones are obvious skill issue

Oh yes. I forgot the turn rate. Dumb me. Sorry for that, i will give blight B tier instead. My apologies

Dont get me wrong. I can understand justifying Hillbilly.
Ghoul? Sure. He is a m1 killer after, but with significantly increased mobility, meaning he can just jump to you anyway.
But Blight?

I'd actually agree with the changes. Lowering their base movement speed would help balance out the fact that their powers give them super mobility across the map anyway. If these are all S tier killers, make them rely more on their power and require skill.
Just want to give special recognition to the "blight has turn restrictions" arguments. lol. Blight can have up to 5 bounces to get around those obstacles. It's very easy to get hits, and a casual 115 move speed around loops to go with it doesn't seem very justified.

There is a reason why Nurse is the slowest killer after all.
Killers i chose are not random. They can speed towards survivour without any condition. Thats why i think lowering their base speed wouldnt mean much, but would give something for survivours.2 -
Yeah I think high mobility should have a downside, even if it's something like 110 while power is on CD/off CD

Blight wouldn‘t care about a speed nerf, just saying. He would still be as strong as he currently is.
Ghoul and billy would become pretty terrible.

- 1. My suggestion, you should play 5 matches as Hillbilly with Tuned Carburetor equipped. Then you will see that Hillbilly needs to be 4.6m/s.
2. I agree that Blight should be 4.4m/s. Most hits he gets are with his power anyway. And the ones he gets without are because he's 4.6m/s and the person playing him is deliberately saving Rush Tokens to use to get the down quickly after the injure.
3. Ghoul needs to be 4.6m/s because his power is non-lethal. He needs to exit his power to get a down.
4. I agree with Deathslinger. I would make it so he is 4.6m/s when the Redeemer needs reloading. 4.4m/s when it's loaded.
